A Michelin star deservedly obtained thanks to an enormous and wonderful work of impeccable conception and realization of the dishes. Top quality raw materials processed and combined with each other with a balance that is rare to find even when choosing a haute cuisine restaurant. Elegant and refined location, but never sumptuous or oppressive, attentive and knowledgeable dining room staff, friendly chef (I only met one) with his feet firmly planted on the ground, that land, Sicily, whose fruits he manages to handle in a incomparable. Really nice experience.

We had an amazing dining experience in this restaurant. We had the 7 course menu with pairing wines from the region of Sicily. The Sicilian sparkling wine was great as well. Service was fast and precise carried out by experienced staff members.
