A wonderful restaurant with excellent cuisine and a very pleasant atmosphere. The dishes are fresh, authentic, and prepared with great care. The service is attentive and friendly, ensuring you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The ambiance is also very inviting. A true highlight for anyone who appreciates good Italian food. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend Ristorante Coria.

I recently turned 50, and one of the pleasures that has accompanied me since childhood is undoubtedly good food. I love cuisine that explores unique flavors, capable of transforming every bite into a harmony of pleasure and sensation. Over the years, I've visited many restaurants throughout Europe, often following the recommendations of the Michelin Guide, but with experience, I've learned that stars don't always fully convey the true value of a restaurant. For this reason, I feel confident in saying that Coria, now awarded one Michelin star, easily deserves three. I've been frequenting this extraordinary restaurant since 2009, first in Caltagirone and then in Catania, and each time it still manages to surprise and excite me. The location is refined, the wine cellar is top-notch, but what truly makes Coria unique is the constant innovation of its dishes and its extraordinary ability to create flavors and combinations that remain etched in the memory. Each course is the result of passion, technique, research, and creativity. In all my years of visiting, I've never ceased to be amazed by the quality and consistency of their work. Congratulations to the entire staff for their commitment, professionalism, and dedication, which continue to represent one of the finest expressions of Italian dining. For me, Coria is simply a three-star restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐

A breathtaking experience. Beautiful, delicious, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. I've never spent money so well.

I was here on a date night very recently and the food was just amazing, probably the best bite of shrimp I've ever had. We had their 8 course meal and the flavors were something special with each dish. The service was excellent and so was the local wine recommended to me by the waiter. Overall it was 5 stars the only thing I wish I had been a more intimate private area, they had 2 other tables that they put people that were an earshot away from our conversation and there was one guy seated near us by himself who was dressed in a T-shirt, shorts and hiking shoes who was seated facing us and was a bit creepy... Not what would have expected for a place like but still overall I have been to 2 other Michelin star restaurants in other countries and this one had the best food of the 3. I think for the price you get great food and great service, it would just be nice to have a little bit more space though. Also, kudos to the awesome staff there, they arranged flowers for the lady which were beautiful and I appreciate the extra mile they went to make it a special evening for us.

The beauty of this dinner wasn't just the flavor of each dish, the impeccable aesthetics, the balance, and the uniqueness of the offerings, but also the strong connection to the local area. Each dish speaks of the uniqueness of the products, the local area, and the region...which is truly a source of pride for us Sicilians, because our land is worthy of five stars. Returning to the dinner, we truly enjoyed it. The courtesy was absolute, and the professionalism equally so. It's an experience we recommend to everyone and we'll gladly do again on another occasion.

Great food, very good service and attention to detail. We had the magma tasting menu and it was loads of food, we did not leave hungry that is for sure. The food is amazing honestly it takes you around sicily. The chefs are very creative and produce trully amazing food. We got the magma tasting menu for 150e, and it was 3 hours of pure flavour explosion. My highlight was the raw seafood dish with apples, I was just blown away. The deserts and petit 4ours were absolute bliss. Juts look at the pictures, definately worth a visit.

We ate at restaurant Coria yesterday and ordered the Magma menu along with the matching wines. Highly recommended!!!

This was just great. I liked everything. For what you get I would consider it a very good price. Im comparison with other one star restaurants it's one of the best I have visited so far. Can absolutely recommend if you are into fine dining.

The tasting was a true journey through flavors and memories. A cuisine that speaks of this land and the traces left by other peoples over time. Rich aromas and carefully crafted flavors; meticulous presentations; and a friendly, knowledgeable, and truly helpful staff. Time passes as hearts and bellies fill.
