20/05/2025: Beautiful place nestled in the northern slopes of mount Etna with a view across the Alcantara valley. The restaurant serves local antipasti in a tapas-like style that perfectly fits to a local wine. Tastily arranged snails, fresh from the vineyards around and very good steaks. We didn’t find a bettee place in this area.

19/05/2025: Locale elegante e caratteristico, personale professionale, rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza sbilanciato per quello che ci è stato servito. La qualità del cibo non è eccelsa, come faceva presagire il conto pagato. non sono sicuro che tornerei.

15/05/2025: Excellent restaurant. Les pâtes au pesto de pistaches sans gluten, sans lactose un vrai délice. Les beignets de fleurs de courgettes sans gluten et sans lactose, légères et délicates. Et le tout servis avec du pain sans gluten. À ne pas manquer.

09/05/2025: I'm sorry to say the service as well as the beer did not satisfy me at all. The service put me in a nervous situation several times, too direct and unwelcoming, for the baked potatoes with speck which simply needed to be reheated I had to wait more than three quarters of an hour, calling for the dish several times with the place not even being full. They say the beer is a blanche, fruity but nothing special. I pointed it out, obviously I kept that one but there was no satisfaction from the service. Other places and other venues are definitely much more welcoming, much faster and much more satisfying. Sin.

29/04/2025: This place is very welcoming and characteristic. My son, my husband and I frequented it for a couple of evenings because we were passing through Catania and coincidentally we were staying next door. They have board games available and in addition to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the craft beers are delicious and the food is of excellent quality (ribs and chips). Excellent quality/price ratio 👌

26/05/2025: It wasn't easy for us to find a place for lunch in Sicily, and we stumbled upon this place. The ambiance is definitely worth seeing, the food is good and reasonably priced. The service is excellent, the owner is very hospitable and a unique character, and he entertained us thoroughly. A must-see. (Grazie Piccolo Diavolo)

04/06/2025: Extraordinaire whaouh!!!!!!c'est un petit bar en retrait de la vie touristique ou 9n peut decouvrir de veritable biere artisanale non connue. Ce qui était mon but en venant dans ce pub je n'ai pas été déçu bien au contraire j'ai decouvert de vrai bière de la region non commercial. Le personnel hyper agreable le decor est beau dans le pub. La terrasse est bien la deco avec des anciens futs bel idée

02/06/2025: Siamo stati qui il 2 giugno, trovato per caso durante una passeggiata nel centro di Bronte. Siamo entrati per comprare delle creme esposte in vetrina e ci siamo ritrovati a mangiare una delizia! Il personale che ci ha accolto è stato molto cortese e ci ha proposto il dolce che abbiamo gustato. Non è, purtroppo, vicino, ma quando torneremo a Bronte ci riandremo. Consigliatissimo!

28/05/2025: We spent an entire evening there, drinking, laughing and eating food that was so good, that it became our scale to compare other meals in Sicily to it :). The fish, the meats, the salads, the pasta, everything! The staff didn’t speak much English but our Italian was enough to communicate. But when it was too difficult to explain what a meal is, the waiter just told us to wait, went to the kitchen and came back a few minutes later with a plate of meats and other ingredients and showed us which is which, while being so nice and funny, that we wanted to try everything 😂. We did have to wait quite a bit for everything and they did forget a few things (brought them later when we asked) but they had a few big groups and were taking care of everyone so it was understandable. They also did it in such a nice and friendly way that we didn’t mind. Every group spent their entire evening there so it’s not just your typical touristy order-eat-leave in an hour. You go there to spend the evening and trust me, you won’t be disappointed. You will have a great time and eat one of the best meals in your life 👌

20/05/2025: When I arrived I thought the restaurant was a bit old-fashioned and I was suspicious, but I quickly changed my mind. The service is great and the food is delicious, the seafood is very fresh, the shellfish is delicious! It was worth getting away from the tourist restaurants.

09/05/2025: We went to Burger Boss on 08/05/2025 As for the food, apart from the churros which can be defined as good and pleasant, the sandwich was not good at all: The pistachio on top of the sandwich is completely misleading and is more foodporn than a pleasant topper and the ingredients were not definable as good quality. In addition to the food, the service was embarrassing: the guy who served us made several jokes at our table comparing the churros to the male member. He did it repeatedly, inappropriately and completely ruining the atmosphere of the evening at our table. The guy later tried to divert the conversation and "apologize". Needless to say, certain jokes cannot happen in a context like that. In addition to having the wrong sandwich, I do not leave this place smiling.

11/04/2025: I went to this pizzeria because I met Mrs. Nancy because she was my client, and I must say that it was an incredible experience! The pizza was truly exceptional, with a crunchy crust and generous, tasty and therefore high quality toppings. The service was also very friendly and fast, the staff were very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming and familiar, I felt at home. The price was also very reasonable, considering the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who loves pizza! I will definitely be back!"

13/05/2025: Atmosphere is very nice. This place can be a good option for and fine and slow dining. Their menu is limited and only in Italian. If you ask waiters explain you in English. If you want to stay on convenient side you can order pasta with local Sicilan style. Fried octopus is super small in a big plate. Service was unfortunately slow even the restaurant was not half capacity.

Un plauso speciale va al duo padre e figlio, due persone simpatiche, genuine e incredibilmente ospitali. Ti fanno sentire a casa dal primo istante, con un’accoglienza calorosa ma sempre professionale. È raro trovare a Catania un posto così: un vero gioiellino, dove si torna volentieri, anche solo per il piacere di stare bene. Grazie di cuore per questa bellissima esperienza. Torneremo sicuramente!

Special praise goes to the father and son duo, two nice, genuine and incredibly hospitable people. They make you feel at home from the first moment, with a warm but always professional welcome. It is rare to find a place like this in Catania: a real gem, where you willingly return, even just for the pleasure of feeling good. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience.
