We went for Easter lunch. The menu was simple but delicious. The ingredients were top-quality, with special mentions for the asparagus lasagna and the chocolate cake. Special attention was paid to the vegetarian menu.

My family visited here twice on a recent trip to Sicily. We stayed nearby at Zash. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we ended up eating here two nights in a row. The staff were great and the food was excellent and fairly priced. This was the first time I tried at Pizzolo and it was amazing.

Like many other locations in the Catania hinterland, the food is good, but the quality/price ratio doesn't match the food. Portions are small, the appetizers are ridiculous, and there's not enough staff to serve the guests. There's only one waiter for a banquet of 25 people, and then, near the end, a second waiter arrives. All in all, it's incredibly expensive: around €55 each for a simple lunch consisting of an appetizer, two starters, a main course, drinks, house wine, and service. I definitely won't be returning.

I strongly advise against this place. The food is good, but the portions are small. It's very expensive for the price/quality ratio. There are thousands of places like this. It's very mediocre.

The staff is helpful and courteous, making the experience very pleasant.
