Le Serre In Giarre

Magnificent location, really good food and excellent service!

We are so grateful to the fabulous people at Le Serre for accommodating us for a very late dinner after a long travel day. Not only was it kind of them to stay open for us but the FOOD! It was delicious and the service was absolutely spectacular. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!

AMAZING! This was the perfect first meal in Sicily for us. We came in on a late flight and our host called ahead to the restaurant to ask them to stay open late for us. The whole staff greeted us like family (rather than like the group that was making them stay late on a Sunday night). They couldn't have been more welcoming and gracious. Everything was absolutely delicious. The pizza, the pasta, the antipasti. So, so good. We will be back whenever we can!

Superb experience, beautiful location, excellent pizza, but what deserves more than five stars is the service. Even though the place was packed on a Saturday night, we received impeccable service. All the waiters were helpful and attentive, and all our dishes were delivered on time.

A few words, personal food, and a quality atmosphere are all it takes. It's worth leaving home to eat out. High-quality dining still exists and is accessible to everyone. Thank you.

I walked in here unannounced last night. We were welcomed with a broad smile. Fortunately, it was no problem at all that we hadn't made a reservation, and we were given a fantastic spot outside on the terrace with a spectacular view of Mount Etna. The staff all greet you with a smile, which really makes you feel welcome. The menu was in Italian, and luckily that wasn't a problem for my limited Italian. However, the selection was huge, which did make choosing difficult for me. I chose a Pizza Campanula. Surprising and very tasty. My companion's pizzas also looked very appetizing. My dessert was rich, but too delicious not to eat it all. We had an incredibly good meal. And the all-round experience made it a very successful evening. It is also a very large and chic beautiful restaurant. I definitely recommend it for you to experience it for yourself.

We went to this little restaurant on May 1st at the recommendation of a colleague who was very pleased with the quality and authenticity of the food. I deserved 5 stars! Excellent home cooking... just the right portions, and a quiet and, above all, clean atmosphere. The owner is a wonderful person who loves animals and immediately puts you at ease. We love dining out, and of all the places in Catania and the surrounding province, I have to say this is one of the best.
