23/12/2025: Decent doner Kebab wrap and great pricing. The only negative is that the insides smell like smoke(people smoke cigarettes there nonstop) but the food and service makes up for it.

L'Ananasso is a mini cocktail and drinks corner located in a parking lot overlooking the Ionian Sea, equipped with plastic tables and chairs, for those with modest expectations. The staff were friendly and quick; we enjoyed the cocktails, which were well-proportioned; there's no table service. If I could offer a small serving of snacks or nuts with your drink!

26/03/2026: Everyone at the tobacconist's is rude. Every time I have to talk to them about anything, cigarettes, or especially shipping packages, they want to start a conversation, argue. And when you want to ship a package, they make up all sorts of excuses; they had the same attitude when they were on Via Etnea. I'm sorry, but because of them, I won't even stop for a coffee; it's a shame, because the breakfast is excellent.

12/05/2026: Our hotel host recommened us this place,we were told that here is the best arancini in town and also the best cannoli,and I can def. confirm it.The terrace has so much space,eventhough in the evening is always a line if you want to sit down,take away goes faster.Given the big numer of consumers in here the waiters are always on a rush.

In our view, this historic business is one that deserves much more consideration, often even more so than its more recent counterparts. The reasons are simple: we primarily focus on the expertise, availability, and skills of our staff, elements that are the foundation of any business where customer relations are essential. The selection of top-quality products, which must never be lacking, is evident in all the dishes served, from starters like chips to pinsa (a type of pasta), and other dishes. The clean, bright, and distinctive setting creates a pleasant atmosphere and is ideal for a quiet, intimate dinner, but also perfect for small groups, with the small outdoor deck and the indoor dining room that also features a mezzanine with additional seating. We highly recommend this restaurant because there's nothing spectacular about it, and our vision always reflects simplicity, as our readers will have noticed. Although it's a simple sandwich shop, it has the experience to manage the dining room, kitchen, payments, reservations, delivery service, and all the other services of the establishment, which are always under control. This can only lead to positive results, especially considering the politeness and courtesy evident in discussions between staff and customers, which already contributed to much of our absolutely positive rating and represent a recommendation for a normal, yet perfect, experience in our beloved Acireale. 10/05/2026: This is a beautiful farm in Passopisciaro (Castiglione di Sicilia). They grow grapes and process them to produce wonderful wines, my favorite being Camellia. They have a reception area for campers with electricity, water, and restrooms, and guests can use the pool. The property also has an excellent restaurant and pizzeria. You can tour the cellars and purchase wine. The rooms are also very nice. Camper guests: it's best to call to reserve, as spaces are limited.

08/05/2026: A very beautiful spot, Sicilian friendliness, and Berta the dog who greets everyone. (Barking doesn't mean the dog is angry, and yes, it's her territory, so she's allowed to run around. 😉) Dog owners know this. If that doesn't suit you, you can always move on. Unfortunately, we don't have time and can only stay briefly for the night, enjoy the fantastic wine tasting, and visit the restaurant. We'll definitely come back. Keep up the good work! Best regards
