Non è un locale dove si cena, piuttosto è un luogo dove si vive un'esperienza culinaria mozzafiato. Materia prima di eccellente qualità, valorizzata eccellentemente. Ovviamente posto non alla portata di tutte le tasche, ma si sa...patti chiari, amicizia lunga! TOP

Our favorite pizzeria in Zafferana Etnea😍. Highly recommended.
07/04/2025: The Ambiente was unexpectedly good, the shop seemed recently renovated and overall clean. The Pizza was made in an actual Pizza Oven and was (to our taste and experience) the best we had so far in Sicily. Nice staff who speak English pretty well and service was quick for the amount we ordered.
Overall very affordable and great food!

14/01/2025: I reluctantly have to change the review, the sandwiches have lost quality for quite some time, especially the bread. I took a pistachio that had nothing pistachio-like, the meat had a strange taste, I didn't like it at all. Will I try again? Well, very disappointed since the last time. The only saving grace was the chips, which were good
12/01/2025: Forgotten reservation, so we took a seat upstairs, it was clearly cold and drafty.
Forgotten order so we ate as a family "separated".
Full bill, despite the complaint to the owner who, instead of hearing the disservice shown, conveniently answered and spoke on the phone completely ignoring me (he was very vigilant to keep the POS).

25/03/2025: Very rustic trattoria in line with what I expected. I had been told that the simple and homely food was good, in reality we ordered some first courses with fish and we did not like them. A note of merit is the service because the staff is really kind.
