11/05/2025: We took 3 granitas, mixed with chocolate, almond and pistachio. The granitas were nothing special, we expected much better. They didn't put the pistachio pieces or send them that you see in the photos. Good croissants We also got a piece of diner which was really bad. Slow service

08/06/2025: Il ristorante è ubicato ai piedi della scalinata di Caltagirone, patrimonio dell'UNESCO. È ubicato all'interno dello storico palazzo Reburdone. Ho avuto modo di apprezzare le prelibatezze culinarie in occasione di un evento familiare. L'estro dello chef e la bontà del cibo, nonché la professionalità del personale mi hanno fatto vivere bene ogni momento. Pesce freschissimo e servizio impeccabile. Consiglio a quanti lo desiderano di fare esperienza del ricco menù che lo chef propone.

29/05/2025: Eccellente ristorante ai piedi della monumentale Scalinata di Caltagirone. Il locale si presenta dall'atmosfera elegante ed armonioso , servizi al top, presentazione dei piatti con stile ed armonia. Servizio al tavolo eccellente, cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Il pesce freschissimo, sia nei crudi che nei cotti. La pasta fresca, una chicca di gusti e sapori di ogni singolo ingrediente.

02/06/2025: The place is very welcoming, but speaking of the food... The mixed grill was a disappointment with the meatball being clearly a mass of meat, the only good thing was the pasta and chips, then by continually asking the staff the food arrived after half an hour.

01/06/2025: Excellent location for those who want to visit Etna, halfway between the state road and Piazzale Provenzana which is where you can arrive by car before climbing the volcano (on foot, with guides or with a 4x4 tour). At the refuge you can also sleep or just have a meal, they have simple but good dishes. Very convenient parking next to and in front of the restaurant. Average prices.

01/06/2025: Tenía la hamburguesa de ternera. Fue "revisitado" con una muy buena carne y oignons, la salsa era preciosa y muy interesante pero... Pero el pan aparte era muy pequeño, seco y viejo, la papa también está seca, muchas pero sin sabor. Este plato estaba muy seco, sin verduras y muy decepcionante. Esperaba mucho más con los consejos que tenía. ¡Elimina el menú que no puedas preparar!

06/06/2025: Completely senseless sushi, rolls that all seem to be the same and above all described in one way and totally different in appearance when they arrive at the table, some tasteless and some ingredients forgotten or put under a microscope, the pizza totally tasteless, a pistachio pizza that tasted absolutely nothing despite having a lot of ingredients on top, extremely slow service in the end, the guy in the dining room was kind but too long to wait to order (more than 20 minutes) and so many pieces of sushi forgotten. Let's say that after having spent the beauty of €30 for an all you can eat and €15 for a pizza like that we didn't expect all this in the slightest.
