08/12/2025: My husband and I dined at Materia for the first time last week and... we regretted not discovering it sooner! We had an excellent, top-notch dining experience, with meticulous attention to detail, from the welcome, to the dining room, and, of course, the dishes. The flavors are timeless, yet reinterpreted in a more contemporary way without distorting the authenticity of the dishes and their strictly seasonal ingredients. I recommend the tasting menu, which gives you the chance to try a little bit of everything and experience a true culinary journey through the delicacies carefully crafted and created by Chef Bianca Celano, to whom I extend my warmest compliments! I also truly appreciated the choice of tableware, which perfectly complemented the dishes, especially the vintage ones :) We will definitely be back.
