31/12/2024: Excellent for take-away fish, both raw, very fresh, and cooked by the talented chef Matteo.

08/12/2024: I use as a take away as it is close to my place. Fish always fresh and cooked food delicious. We buy here every week. If you crave fish and seafood it is a place to visit. You can also dine in and looks a really nice option.

18/03/2025: 5 stars for the food, 1 star for the service. In particular a rude and annoyed waiter. He forgot to mark a pizza and didn't even think to apologize for what happened. Almost as if it were the customer's fault for not marking the missing pizza. Pure rudeness. A real shame because the pizza is really good!

18/03/2025: Pizza ok, music too loud; you have to choose if it's a disco or a pizzeria. The coffee added after the bill already paid cannot be heard

18/03/2025: Thanks to word of mouth with family members, we discovered this place, really comfortable, where we had the pleasure of celebrating my nephew's baptism... really excellent service, delicious pizzas with lots of choice, a pizza tour where you leave feeling really full... thanks to the owner, Mr Bottino, who satisfied our every request, also given some intolerances. 16/02/2025: Last night I went to this restaurant for the first time, there were 4 of us and without a reservation, they looked for a place for us even though the restaurant was full and I must say that the service was excellent and the waiting times for the pizza were short... the pizza was excellent, digestible dough and quality raw materials... the only flaw was the knife... difficult to cut... 😀... for the rest I will return to taste the first courses and more.

22/03/2025: Well-kept bar both inside and out, one of the best granitas in Catania, delicious brioche, they serve them still hot, I absolutely recommend them

07/02/2025: Helpful and polite staff, super attentive to the customer, they brought me water to the table without asking for it. Very good cartocciata, super stuffed, and a bowler hat and we sat down, all for the price of 4.60. Smiling and cheerful bartender. Definitely worth a try if you want quality and education!

01/10/2024: The last day, we were there for dinner and we almost finished the beers. Delicious, pizzas and everything freshly made and fresh and the dough was flat

17/03/2025: Very characteristic location with attention to detail. Even the toilet room stands out for its style and cleanliness. We went on a weekday, we ate from the à la carte menu and we were already full with just the starter, really rich and varied, based on cured meats, cheeses and fresh ricotta, mushrooms, olives, pieces of vegetable omelette, courgettes, aubergines, artichokes, broccoli and a truly delicious chickpea soup. The first course was plentiful and the mixed roast was really good, with even 6 different pieces. They told us that on Sundays they offer a fixed menu and the dishes are even richer. The ingredients were all fresh and we ate a lot, but above all well! Optimal! To be recommended! I don't give a rating to the rooms because I haven't seen them, but based on how the rest is managed, I imagine they are comfortable and characteristic.

04/01/2025: Excellent bakery there is no doubt the quality of the food is excellent, but! They ruined my Christmas Eve with the wrong flatbread, it can happen, in fact as soon as I saw the mistake I went back to point it out, in fact my flatbread was cut there perhaps to see if it was the right one, however I could no longer return the wrong flatbread because even if it wasn't the right one they started to eat it, I don't know if I paid the right price at this point but the fact is that they wanted to give me the cut flat bread that they said was mine, cut for a check and also €30. Next Christmas I will go to another bakery to buy it, thank you and Happy Holidays.

21/12/2024: Personale arrogante, antipatico, molto scortese. Sicuramente da licenziare, nonostante ogni giorno consumiamo ci hanno detto in modo arrogante che non possiamo usufruire né delle sedie né dei tavoli. Non è proprio il lavoro per loro!!!

04/03/2025: Small delicatessen in the center with a few seats that can be shared with those who are there. Simple and very good dishes. There is always soup and seasonal vegetables. Excellent quality/price.

27/09/2024: Please don't call it "gastronomy" because it really is "something different"! If you want to eat dishes cooked like your mother (and even before that your grandmother) did, you have to try Luciano's cuisine. Fresh, genuine, 0 km ingredients... And a special mention from the Ministry for Development which has included this activity in the Register of Italian Excellence.

23/03/2025: The spring onions are no longer the same as before, the pastry is not processed. The arancini rice is overcooked

18/04/2025: We have the feeling that the prices here are different for tourists than for locals. There was a sheet on the counter that said a pasta dish should cost 5 or 6 euros and a small side dish should cost 5 euros each. However, we were charged more each time, namely 8 or 6.50 euros. The food was okay, the spinach was too salty. Good ice cream. As so often: a menu was not brought. Unfortunately, an impression that we have had several times in Catania has been confirmed. Tourists are not given a card and are generally charged more... a shame.
