29/03/2025: I have never had a bad experience with the staff and they are truly top notch, the food and the environment do not disappoint with regards to the price being a little high but the quality meat is worth it I assure you not to mention the chef who pays attention to the smallest details and explains every little detail you can see that he held some courses it was a little late the last time but they welcomed us even with the kitchen almost closed I know a lot about cooking and trust me that warm pistachio heart is not the one you find around recommended.

25/03/2025: We were welcomed with great cordiality, attentive, competent and impeccable service. The owner is very kind and affable. A lunch savored in every course. The perfect value for money and the refined and soft location. I highly recommend it.

05/04/2025: We had a dinner with first courses. On the paccheri with swordfish, almonds, aubergines and mint, I felt too much mint for my tastes. Still good. My wife had linguine with seafood, very good. Very nice welcome, very warm, kind and professional staff. They brought my son a 'giant' bib with his name written on it, so he wouldn't get dirty. Then they brought some fish arancini as a tasting, I must say very good. And finally sorbet kindly offered! Top positioning in Aci Castello! Advised

12/04/2025: Evening full of customers who were repeatedly told "the pizzas are on the way out" or "we are on the way out". Final result? I went out, pizzas NEVER arrived after almost TWO hours of waiting.

Unfortunately, however, the experience did not meet our expectations. We had to wait a long time before being served, and the pizzas turned out to be disappointing: undercooked and with ingredients that didn't seem to be of high quality. We therefore recommend stopping exclusively for their cannoli, which remain truly excellent, but for dinner we definitely expected more.

18/03/2025: The service has usually always been great. This time an espresso coffee was brought to my table after it remained on the bar counter for about 4 minutes during which several other customers had talked over it, emitting bubbles of saliva free-falling into the cup. Coffee rejected obviously!

08/10/2024: Enchanted place where we went for an eighteenth. Large and very beautiful room and in the woods all around equipped with lights and a dream atmosphere. They also have a swimming pool, but we didn't use it as it was September and it was cool in the evening.

30/07/2024: The pasta here was the best we’ve had since moving to Sicily. The family was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed even with the language barrier. We ended up speaking with the owner through a translator app after dinner for an hour, it was great!! We will be back for sure!
