08/09/2025: This hotel pleasantly surprised us; we couldn't find a single negative. The location is excellent, easy to get to, and there's ample on-site parking. The property is nestled above the Latomìe, so it has its own unique charm. Looking down from the balcony, you're transported to ancient Greece. At reception, the staff welcomes you with kindness, ready to satisfy your every need or desire. This applies to everyone, from the restaurant staff to the room staff. An elegant structure that still exudes the charm of ancient splendor. The pool is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained; we didn't miss a single swim. We were amazed by the breakfast, both for the richness and variety of food, and for the quality and abundance; we didn't want to leave. We'll be back again, perhaps with our children.

06/09/2025: Amazing, Sebastiano and staff were wonderful. Made the stay very pleasant and accomodating. Great food, great pool, beautiful hotel / rooms. Great location, right near the old town with free parking onsite.

11/10/2025: After a couple of years, we returned to dine at this splendid location. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the food was superb! The raw and cooked fish were excellent! A must-try if you're passing through Avola.

15/09/2025: We go there often for both lunch and dinner. We've always had great food, whether it's fish or meat. The wine list is excellent. I give it top marks because every time we've gone to the grill, we've always had a wonderful time, and those few hours are a chance to relax and unwind, so much so that we don't mind the occasional wait or not finding one of our favorite dishes. There's an internal garden and a panoramic terrace, which are our children's favorite spots. Overall, highly recommended. Ask the staff for advice, relax, and treat yourself to a quality lunch or dinner.

10/10/2025: This was between a 4 and a 5 for me. The location near a church built in the year 1000, and the very cool outside seating were a huge win. Food was excellent notwithstanding a lot of “non-meat” options. Wine selection was off the charts great. A bit expensive but it’s the best location in the city. Service was really great at first, but disappointed at the end when we had to ask for the check 3 times to get it to be able to leave! I get that they got busy but c’mon man, three times?! VictorB

22/09/2025: Delicious pizza, top-quality ingredients. The Figata pizza is a cut above; the flavors of the different ingredients are clearly distinct, and they pair beautifully together. I don't have a particular note about the toasted bread pieces; you could find or improve the crunchiness even further, perhaps by revisiting the toasted bread or substituting it with toasted blanched almonds. Delicious fresh figs, excellent dough, very digestible; be careful with the honey; it plays a key role. A truly delicate and delicious pizza! Bravo!

07/06/2025: Regular customer in the past, last night a big disappointment. Uramaki that crumbled when picked up with chopsticks, mushy rice, salmon carpaccio full of vinegar strong to the point of nausea, dishes that did not arrive and that had to be hurried. Lobster Uramaki usually very good, microscopic with rather questionable seasoning. Only one waiter at times under stress, only one Sushiman. I arrive in the bathroom, lights off, I go in to do a small business, defective handle that almost left me locked. Too bad.

Must try) Nero diavola (black devil's wine) with a delicate flavor that paired perfectly with the fish The bitter reset, a surprise worth trying. The owner was very kind and helpful.

02/10/2025: We had a delicious meal, fish of the day. My partner had meat, which wasn't as good. The place is beautiful, spacious, yet intimate thanks to the various nooks and crannies.
