02/07/2026: After several days exploring Sicily, I can say without a doubt that this was one of the best culinary experiences of the trip. Trattoria Don Camillo lives up to its motto, Honest Food. The cuisine is authentically Italian, with a creative and personal approach that respects the ingredients and traditional flavors without being over the top. Every dish was perfectly executed, balanced, and bursting with flavor. The value for money is outstanding, especially for Taormina. It's hard to find a place that combines such high culinary standards with such reasonable prices. The service was impeccable: professional, warm, and attentive at all times, making the experience even more special. If you're looking for a true gem in Taormina, far from the restaurants that rely solely on tourism, this is the place. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a genuine Sicilian culinary experience. Highly recommended.
