The staff is always friendly, attentive, and very helpful, making you feel truly at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a great dinner. Highly recommended!!

Today, visitors are welcomed by the friendly Mr. Arturo Morettino, who, with passion and expertise, introduces them to the wonderful world of coffee: from the botany of the various varieties to the multifaceted production cycle itself. A visit to the precious "coffee museum," lovingly curated over the years by the Morettino family, including its current heir, the charming Arturo Morettino, is not to be missed. He meticulously guides guests on a fascinating journey through history, with truly fascinating ethnographic and sociological insights. 🤩 ☕

21/10/2025: A very fond memory of Sicily. Erice is magnificent, and this restaurant only completed this beautiful memory. Fish couscous, seafood and citrus risotto, fried squid, ... All accompanied by a good wine recommended by the server. Exceptional server for our enormous table of 13 ... no mistakes and service with a smile ... I can't wait to come back ♡ Thank you very much

07/11/2025: Fantastic friendly service, great atmosphere, beautiful interior and delicious food, which we received within 5 minutes. For dessert we definitely recommend the tiramisu - definitely one of the best!! Coperto 1€ per person. Thank you and we recommend!

05/11/2025: TASTELESS FOOD. Very poor quality of food. Terrible experience. I don't understand the good reviews. We ordered 4 dishes, 3 of which were inedible. The octopus salad was good, just a little salty, but that's a matter of taste. Then we had chickpea soup (according to the menu also with tomatoes, carrots and rosemary). The soup was completely tasteless, tasted like canned blended chickpeas. We returned complaining that the soup was tasteless and not good at all. Then we had Parmigiana, very average, tasteless, passable. The last dish was calamari with broccoli. The broccoli was extremely overcooked (as if it had been reheated several times), the taste of the calamari was ok, but in combination with the disgusting broccoli it was inedible. We returned it. The waiter said that they liked it that way, but they were helpful in not charging us for the soup and calamari. Fortunately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

02/10/2025: Great snack bar for a quick bite. They offer a wide selection of dishes that change daily. Even if you don't speak Italian, you can order by pointing. Price for a main course with a side dish is around €8. Parking in the area is only available for a small fee of €1 per hour.

05/12/2025: Very friendly and professional bar. I’d passed by many times but had never been inside. When I finally went in for something sweet, I realized it’s much cozier inside than it looks from the outside, and they offer many pastries from the south.

08/11/2025: Finally, a bar that makes you feel warmly welcomed. You can chat with the bartender, Tommaso, who is very friendly, and eat pasticciotti 🤤

28/10/2025: We were extremely satisfied, the food was divine; quality ingredients, perfectly cooked meat, crispy and perfectly salted fries, and not only that, but also the desserts and beer, which were excellent. The atmosphere was beautifully recreated with immersive themed rooms, and to make the experience even more original, the evergreen Harry Potter films accompanied the meal. Service was very fast, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and perhaps the price was a little high, but nothing out of the ordinary. The pub may be far for non-locals, but I guarantee it's worth every mile.

25/10/2025: I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the ambiance of this place. They've done a very effective job of transporting customers to the fantastic world of Harry Potter. Both the sandwiches and the pizza by the slice are delicious. The fries are delicious!

25/10/2025: We dined at Donna Floriana during our stay and couldn't have had a better experience. The seafood menu was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and Chef Mazzola, a down-to-earth and approachable man, delighted us with his menu. Our heartfelt congratulations and thanks.

15/09/2025: We dined at the bistro during our stay at the Pollina Resort. What can I say? A wonderful dinner with exquisite food reimagined by the chef, reflecting our beloved Sicily. We chose both the meat and fish menus, and both were excellent. Chef Antonio was impeccable in everything, very kind and explained the dishes to us. The staff was also super friendly and courteous, and the service was excellent. Not to mention the fabulous location, the view was wonderful, the background music was good, the lighting was wonderful, everything was wonderful ❤️

18/10/2025: WOOOW! One of the best pizza in Palermo but most importantly the kind service, it was an incredible dinner! The staff is so relaxed, knowledgeable and attentive, they make you feel right at home. The pizza dough was super digestible, the ingredients were of high quality and cooked to perfection. Lots of signature delicious pizzas and antipasti. They also have a selection of main dishes. LOOOVE IT! I can’t wait to go back

16/12/2025: A lovely shopping center, clean, welcoming, and warm in winter, something you won't find in the one in Ragusa. Lots of shops, and above all, clean restrooms and a nursery for the little ones.

16/12/2025: It was too crowded during the Christmas period. There were significant inconveniences when trying to eat, with endless lines and very few seats. I recommend going during the week and during non-holiday periods.
