08/06/2026: We spent a pleasant evening at Tychè Wine Bar in Aspra, Sicily, choosing the aperitif and being completely satisfied. The location is welcoming, with a wonderful atmosphere that makes spending time in good company even more enjoyable. The food was plentiful, well-presented, and of excellent quality, accompanied by attentive and professional service. A special compliment goes to the waitress with the black bob, always smiling, kind, and helpful. Her courtesy and attentiveness to customers made the difference, helping make our experience truly enjoyable. Congratulations to the entire staff at Tychè Wine Bar in Aspra for the passion and commitment they put into their work. 16/05/2026: Spaghetti al Fuoco and Calamaretti alla Malvasia are absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!!! We were there for lunch and managed to get a table. Because the restaurant was quite busy, the service was a little slow.

The restaurant is absolutely outstanding, the breakfast excellent, and the service extremely friendly and accommodating. Just keep in mind: the hotel is quite far out, and it's practically not reachable without a car. But if you're looking for peace, great food, and pure relaxation, this is the perfect place

28/09/2025: Staying at Rocca dei Saraceni is a truly unique experience. The rooms are spacious, equipped with every comfort, and offer views of the imposing Mount Etna. The spa is an oasis of well-being. The restaurant offers a sublime culinary experience, from starter to dessert, featuring local and homemade products.

18/01/2026: We were invited by friends to this fantastic, very welcoming restaurant with an excellent wine cellar and qualified, friendly staff. The dishes were delicious, creative, full of flavor, and beautifully served. I tried several dishes, each one better than the last. Highly recommended. I hope to return soon to discover other dishes and taste more excellent bottles of wine in this charming and relaxing place. Congratulations.

01/06/2026: Unfortunately, I have to lower my average. Very slow service (it was crowded), appetizers took 45 minutes to arrive. Four of us dined separately, and the courses weren't served at the same time. The quality was good... too bad.

12/05/2026: Excellent pizza, both classic and unusual varieties. A real treat; the Diabolo was superb, and the one with anchovies and cream was particularly special. Highly recommended, with a fantastic view of the sunset and the Aeolian Islands.
