11/07/2025: I'm giving it 2 stars for the view. Two of us went for breakfast. There was only one empty, flat croissant. The waitress tells us she has more already out of the oven and we just have to go get them. She tells us the flavors. Okay, let's choose two jam ones. Then she tells us there's only one jam one, but she can fill an empty one. We tell her we don't want it filled by hand, so we ask if they have chocolate. She says yes. We sit down, and after a while, it arrives. The jam croissant was burnt but acceptable. The chocolate one was actually the empty, flat one, cut in half and spread with chocolate. I point out that she told us she had them in the oven, and SHE DENIED IT! Especially since we had specifically said we didn't want it filled by hand. But we're tourists, aren't we? We come and go. I'm sorry because we've been going to the bar for years and it wasn't like this. You should learn to treat tourists better, because without them, you'd be forced to close. Plus, the absolute worst thing is that you denied having fresh croissants. Just a few minutes later I returned and the famous croissants whose existence had been denied had been brought to the counter.

23/07/2025: We couldn't stay at this property because the gates close at midnight and it's no longer possible to access 🤷‍♂️ and in summer it seems a bit early to me😔

18/06/2025: Our weekly stop to enjoy an excellent Aperol spritz accompanied by chips and olives, done "very well". Considering that we are in a very touristy street and after having tried many places, where they present you with colored water, this is the best for everything: excellent service, friendly staff, very nice atmosphere, pleasant music. We always opt to sit outside in the open air but inside it is very nice also because there is a nice display of wines. See you next time 😉

02/08/2025: The owner of the property where we stayed recommended this restaurant. We were skeptical because there was no one inside, but we decided to go in anyway. A perfect choice. The busiate are absolutely delicious, in every variety: with pistachio and red shrimp, with lobster, or with clams. Although the former have that extra...pistachio flavor. And last but not least, the owner/manager...is incredibly friendly. Must try.

30/07/2025: The staff was very friendly, especially Mr. Michele, a delightful person who is very attentive to his customers' needs! I hadn't booked, but he still sat me down and offered me a glass of wine while I waited for a table to become available! And not only that...! I'll definitely be back! Thank you.

25/06/2025: Last night I was in your restaurant, recommended to me by the owner's sister, rightly so, we ate not well, but very well, high quality food, excellent fresh wine served with an ice bucket, very fresh fish, very good, excellent pasta, appetizer with excellent fish balls, with the sauce it would have been good to make pasta, amazing ice cream, I can only say, go and eat at Ciccio...in pentola. You won't regret it. You will make a great impression on your guests.

24/06/2025: Everything excellent, the place beautiful excellent background music that accompanies the evening. The service excellent the guys impeccable and nice, polite and well prepared. All the dishes delicious ... what can I say compliments chef, compliments to everyone. A stupid advice stay like this menu with few courses but a lot of quality. Wide range of wines even if I don't drink😅

30/07/2025: The staff were welcoming and friendly. The pizza was excellent, especially the dough. The restaurant dishes were also delicious and elegantly prepared.

27/07/2025: We ordered four different dishes to try different flavors. Everything was delicious and arrived promptly. The salad was plentiful, the meat dish was excellent value, and the pizzas were also good, with a well-crafted dough. Recommended.

26/07/2025: A very authentic Sicilian bar and pizzeria. Located in the heart of Piazza Matrice, surrounded by locals. A huge selection of pizzas, and the food is delicious. Extremely friendly and attentive service.
