Their desserts are simply extraordinary, but the real stars are their famous bananas—a true delight that's hard to find anywhere else! These sweets are the perfect combination of deliciousness and artisanal craftsmanship: soft, fragrant, and with that authentic flavor that lets you know they're made with genuine ingredients and a lot of passion. Every bite is an experience that takes me back to the flavors of the most authentic Sicilian tradition. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they put their heart into what they do. The pastry shop is always clean and tidy, and the aroma that greets you as soon as you enter is simply irresistible. If you pass through San Michele di Ganzaria, you absolutely can't miss this pastry shop, and especially their bananas—they're a gastronomic treasure of the town! The restaurant is absolutely outstanding, the breakfast excellent, and the service extremely friendly and accommodating. Just keep in mind: the hotel is quite far out, and it's practically not reachable without a car. But if you're looking for peace, great food, and pure relaxation, this is the perfect place

The spa is an oasis of well-being. The restaurant offers a sublime culinary experience, from starter to dessert, featuring local and homemade products.

13/05/2026: How wonderful! I've walked almost the entire route and can say that nature and history constantly go hand in hand in those places. I think one of the secrets to fully enjoying it is to come in spring, when there are still few tourists. It's also very interesting for birdwatchers.
