06/10/2025: What a beautiful experience! It was like having a meal with family. Authentic Sicilian food at its best. Angela and her family are beautiful and so welcoming and warm. A bit of a drive into the agricultural area of Sicily but 💯 worth it!!

05/07/2025: Owners Maria Grazia and Roberto are always cordial, affectionate and ready to satisfy the requests of their guests. 16/06/2025: We chose the Appaloosa Ranch to celebrate our daughter's First Communion... and we couldn't have made a better choice! Everything was perfect: an original location, surrounded by nature and with attention to detail, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The staff was friendly, helpful and super prepared, accommodating all our requests. A special mention for the cuisine, truly excellent: genuine, high-quality dishes, many of which were made with zero-mile products. Each course had the authentic flavor of things made with love. We received sincere compliments from all the guests, who were enraptured by the original setting, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. We initially discovered the Ranch while looking for a place to go horseback riding, and we discovered much more: a simple, true reality, with the flavor of the old days. A place that really deserves to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site for how it manages to combine authenticity, hospitality and tradition. I wish there were more places like this! We had a great time and it will definitely remain our point of reference ❤️

10/06/2025: We went with about twenty children to spend a day in contact with nature and animals and we had a great time, the activities are well organised and the owners are welcoming

19/07/2025: One of the best experiences we had during our road trip in Sicily. We ended up in this restaurant unexpectedly, but we were very happy that our steps led us here. The owners were delightful, kind people, the food was fantastic and the view on the terrace with absolutely stunning sunset was out of this world. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there and we'll certainly come back again at some point. :) Thank you!

28/05/2025: Returning to the "Rosa dei venti" is now a ritual when we are in those parts. Excellent restaurant and exquisite pizzeria, in a fairytale setting. Personally, I love the landscapes, and every time, Davide obliges us to choose a table facing the sea. We hope to return soon, perhaps, this summer.

26/09/2025: I found this place online while visiting Sicily from the US. The bartender spoke decent English and was very friendly. The pizza and beer were very good. The prices were reasonable. It appears to be a local neighborhood restaurant that welcomes outsiders. It has a nice, friendly vibe. 🍕🍺

14/10/2025: A street food-style place with small tables. For 12 euros, I got two pizzerias, a cannoli, and a beer. Good prices and delicious food. I took it to the Valley of the Temples for takeout. They speak English. I recommend it.

09/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining last night, September 8, 2025, with my family to celebrate my wedding anniversary at Ristorante I Mori. It was a simply impeccable experience. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with a modern touch. The menu: every dish is carefully crafted, with the freshest ingredients and authentic flavors. We chose two set fish menus and two à la carte. Everything was excellent: fresh and beautifully presented appetizers, two first courses, risotto and busiate, and a delicious swordfish main course. A sorbet to finish. The service is friendly, attentive, and very professional: they pay attention to the little things; even though we wanted to keep the cutlery, they changed it. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.

09/09/2025: Unfortunately, the review is currently negative, although we'll need to return for a further evaluation. The staff was helpful, but poorly trained. The fish appetizers were okay. The wait times were excessive, and the fish was undercooked, resulting in a sloppy presentation. The side salad was also anything but fresh and poorly presented. The stuffed squid was a no-no. The pasta, however, was acceptable. Overall, however, the asking price is not justified given the quality offered. There's considerable room for improvement.

30/09/2025: Original setting in the Mac museum, nice staff, but food was so-so. Ok appetizers, two fantastic entrees (the tomato dish was spectacular), but after that it went downhill... Main dish was not consistent, and dessert and sweet treats were bland.

27/09/2025: A very nice place for an interesting dinner. We chose the tasting menu. Interesting wine pairings and pleasant service. Everything, except for the lamb, was really good. We'd be happy to go back. Be sure to make a reservation!
