Excellent service from the always kind, helpful, and smiling waiters (Fatima and Isabella)! The gelato, bocconcini, and arancini are delicious. The prices are fair. For me, the best bar in Balestrate.

Chef Sakai Fumiko conjured up an extraordinary fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine that completely delighted us. Giovanni made the evening perfect: with great charm and expertise, he explained historical details about the region and the special features of each ingredient, making the meal an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

07/05/2026: We had a wonderful meal at Carlo's. All the dishes were excellent, and we highly recommend the restaurant. His mother does the cooking. We were treated like family… the price-performance ratio is good.
04/05/2026: Excellent home-cooked seafood at a fair price! I first came here 10 years ago and have been back several times when I'm in the area! Highly recommended.
