What a gem in the heart of Ragusa Ibla! The owner, Héloïse, was so friendly and awaited everyone with a smile that instantly made you feel very welcomed. The interior is decorated in such a subtle vintage way, but definitely not lacking elegance. The food is pricier, but in my opinion it is justified as it is a fine dining experience. We ordered fish menu degustazione + 3 glasses of wine (78€ per person), and the food was so fresh, with only few ingredients yet delicious and presented in a modern way. Totally recommended if you’re looking for a full fine dining experience in Ragusa!

Bold and well-executed combinations in perfect harmony with local products, Salvo's cuisine was able to pamper us in the best way, a very pleasant evening. Highly recommended.

Monsù è sempre un'esperienza unica. Dalla qualità del cibo all'attenzione e la cortesia nel servizio. Senza dimenticare l'eleganza del posto dal gusto un po' retró.
Consiglio la Tarte Tatin con cipolla caramellata tra gli antipasti, una squisitezza.
E tra i primi la paste con le sarde e anche la pasta mista con patate, provola e cozze, davvero ottima.
Se ci si trova a Ibla vale la pena mangiare da Monsù.
