15/10/2025: This place is located on a side street off the main road. A friend recommended it to us, and I have to say it was worth it. I tried the excellent couscous with fish soup, and my friends had the busiate with Trapanese pesto, the authentic Norma style, and the octopus ragù: generous portions and even more generous sauces. They also had caponata, which I didn't particularly enjoy, but the others did. The service was impeccable. It's a small trattoria, but we ate outside. Excellent value. Recommended!

14/04/2026: While in town for work, I recently ate at this self-service restaurant on a recommendation. Being in the industry, I can confirm that the ingredients are both fresh and defrosted/chilled. Unfortunately, what I didn't appreciate at all was the food: simple, poorly prepared dishes loaded with oil, vinegar, and salt, as if trying to cover them up. I'm referring to a simple, tasteless, and disjointed pasta dish with clams, or a vinegary octopus salad. The place has become a tourist hotspot, and I know you can tell by the prices, which are based on sentiment. For identical dishes, I paid two different bills, adding almost €10 to the price.
What a shame.

06/04/2026: On March 20, 2026, after visiting the valley of the temples our tour group enjoyed a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the view spectacular. It was only March so sadly we could not sit on the patio.
30/03/2026: The Resturant itself, with the view on the Valley, was really charming, despite a very strong and unpleasant smell straight at the entrance, which we could smell even when seated at our table.
The food, in my opinion, should be revised - flavour wise was quite bland. The tortino felt like being warmed up in a microwave, and the fish ball were mainly potato balls with a tiny fish piece inside.
Overall not a great experience.

08/03/2026: My wife and I can't live without it...their dishes are simply divine...from the starters to the meats, from the side dishes to the cured meats and cheeses...everything is expertly cooked...a true delight for the palate...the staff is extremely kind and helpful, the quality/price ratio is unmatched...simply unique!

09/04/2026: I only went to this place to eat, not to stay. My experience was only about the food and service, and it wasn't very positive. The place is nice, there's a lovely fireplace that they light in the evenings, but the pizza wasn't to our liking. The service was very slow because, even though there were only us and another table of six, they served everyone who came in to get takeout first, so we waited over an hour and a half for two pizzas.
05/04/2026: A wonderful experience, both in terms of the hotel and the restaurant, combined with a very interesting and delicious cuisine, top-notch pizzas, dishes that are very enjoyable to enjoy, very empathetic and very kind staff, all topped off with great professionalism. A place to recommend for a truly relaxing stay.

02/02/2026: I went there for the first time and it was a real surprise. The food was exquisite, with balanced and authentic flavors. The sangria was also delicious.
The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel at ease and often asking how everything was going. I really appreciated this "pampering."
I recommend everyone to go there!
