Essential menu, with gourmet dishes, elaborated, cared for and presented in an impeccable mise en place, by the hands of a young chef, Salvo Amato, prepared with a solid and prestigious beck ground. Traditional local dishes, with seasonal and fresh raw materials, ensure a taste journey that borders on perfection. Exhaustive wine list, with bottles from excellent wineries, particularly for the section dedicated to DOC bubbles. Impeccable presence of a very good owner, who with empathy and kindness, ensures extreme comfort to the customer. Service and staff present and available. Good value for money, obviously in line with the range of restaurants of the same lineage

Impeccable service, friendly and professional staff. Refined location. Finely refined dishes that maintain respect for the highest quality raw materials. I would like to add that the dessert was undoubtedly superlative: an explosion of beauty and taste.

It was our first time in this charming restaurant. Environment furnished with sober and refined taste. Bold but always balanced dishes. The first was a nice combination of cooked and raw flavors that brought out the seafood flavor to the maximum. I was pleasantly impressed by the dessert: a decomposed cannoli that you feel with all your senses and which amplifies the olfactory note with a cannoli essence that is vaporized on the wrist. A unique sensory experience!

Splendida cena, personale come sempre cortese e gentile in un giardino estremamente gradevole e curato. Piatti con ingredienti di ottima qualità ed accostamenti insoliti ma nel solco della tradizione. Nulla da ridire. Ovviamente non economico.
