The raw materials used for the dishes are excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, and the staff courteous. Unfortunately, however, this all seems disproportionate when comparing some of the details of the location and the attention to detail in the dishes with the prices, which therefore seem excessive. A major flaw is the wine list, characterized by exaggerated markups and the lack of service by the glass, a shortcoming that should be addressed today, given that effective technologies exist to better preserve opened bottles, allowing customers to enjoy them while respecting the alcohol limit for driving. A good place, but one that still needs improvement.

From appetizer to dessert, it's gastronomic. Incredible wine pairing advice! So much finesse and subtlety in the dishes served! A real treat!
