11/10/2025: A very good experience at Il Salumaio di Santamarina. We had excellent wine, and the meat was good, although not the best we've ever had. The service was fantastic: very friendly, attentive, and prompt. The atmosphere is charming, ideal for a quiet dinner in Palermo. Overall, a highly recommended place.

07/10/2025: Located in the heart of Palermo's historic center, this restaurant offers outdoor seating and a few indoor tables on the upper level, nestled within a charming tuff stone archway. The varied menu features first courses, meat-based main courses, platters, and excellent pinsa. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The service was attentive, unobtrusive, and above all, very helpful. The restaurant manager was very friendly and professional. Prices were in line with the quality of the products.

01/11/2025: In the heart of Favignana, in the most populated area after dark, Osteria del Sotto Sale offers traditional dishes prepared simply and unpretentiously. A few off-menu items are available in addition to the à la carte menu.

01/11/2025: In short: expensive, tasty (but salty), and the staff not very friendly. The seafood pasta was good; they could have offered a plate to put the shells away, as they took up more than half the dish. Still, it was filling. My child, who doesn't like seafood, was pleased with the tuna with potatoes; it was tender and cooked just right. The couscous with squid is another neutral dish for those who aren't big fans. It's couscous in a fish broth, the squid is breaded, not rubbery, and the taste isn't stinky. The white fish spaghetti was disappointing – it felt like they'd just added canned fish, with tiny fibers; I expected fillet pieces. For some reason, the staff seemed displeased. When I called them over (politely), they looked at me, nodded, but didn't come over. They weren't in the mood to offer advice or explain the menu. They served a jug of broth without explaining what it was for. I wanted to have dessert, but I had a strong feeling it was better not to say more than a few words to them, so we went somewhere else. I asked for hot water in a glass twice, but they finally brought it at room temperature. It was prepared quickly; we didn't reserve in advance, so we waited for a table outside for five people.

06/10/2025: The Caldo Freddo was delicious, and the restaurant should focus solely on serving ice cream, because the rest was poor. The pancakes, both sweet and savory, were very average and tasteless, and the panini were just slightly warmed-up, tasteless bread—like something from a gas station.

06/10/2025: A plus for the tasty caldo-fredo (my favorite Sicilian dessert), but the very average pancakes (dry, the savory ones didn't even have butter, the taste was average), and the terrible panini (a warm roll with cold mozzarella and tomato) – such a filler. I think the sandwiches available at the gas station are better, a huge disappointment. Maybe this is just a place for desserts, but we were disappointed.

26/08/2025: Antonello is super kind and helpful. Excellent prices. Very relaxing room with a pool view and a large terrace. A peaceful place to unwind for a few days away from the chaos of the city. Excellent homemade food. Super affectionate and not at all annoying animals. Wi-Fi is spotty, but still good. The pool doesn't have a diving board, but it's still very large and surrounded by nature. Very convenient private parking. Modern and functional loungers and umbrellas. Zoe, the dog (Jack Russell), is wonderful and super cuddly. P.S.: Try the pasta with pumpkin cream and gorgonzola, as well as the incredibly tender cutlet if available on the menu. Another positive note: the daytime temperatures are excellent, and you can sleep cool at night.

07/10/2025: Came for lunch and dinner Had a panini, the muscle pasta, the smoked tuna salad and a pizza and enjoyed all. The pizza and pasta were both gluten free and we were offered gluten free bread. We also have the pistachio tiramisu and the gluten free tiramisu. We did order the octopus salad and could not eat it (we have never had it before so that’s on us)

06/10/2025: The place is located in a beautiful farmhouse in Scopello, and the atmosphere is enchanting. The white-haired gentleman, after we sat down, brought us our menus and said, "Welcome to Scopello." It was wonderful, it warmed our hearts; it's the little things that make you feel at home. We ordered an appetizer to try the fried food (very good, freshly fried and not greasy) and then two first courses. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

24/10/2025: Four of us were at this lovely restaurant a few days ago. We had the best dinner we've had in Sicily. The food was very reasonably priced. We had the Busiate Margana, Pappardelle al ragu, and Grilled Carne Mista. For dessert, we had the Canollo Siciliana. All the dishes were delicious: the pasta was excellent, the grilled meat was juicy and not overdone, and the desserts were exceptional. The service was very friendly. Thank you for the wonderful food, and greetings from Poland. When we're in the area, we'll definitely visit this unique place.

10/10/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times for both pizza and fish. The pizza dough is good, but aside from the Margherita, the others leave much to be desired in terms of toppings and the fact that all the others are the same Margherita with another ingredient added on top (for example, the Diavola Margherita with 4 slices of salami). The other pizzas ordered at the table also made the same impression. The mussel soup was a bit washed out; there was a liter of broth on the plate, and instead of red tuna and onion, they served Albacore tuna. Even though it was good, you have to mention that when you order. Perhaps they'd do well to update their pizzas and the art of plating.

06/10/2025: We arrived in Marzamemi quite late, and the closest restaurant to the apartment was Pizzeria Club Nautico. We ordered three different pizzas—all three were perfect. I don't know when we last found pizzas this good. They were also large and generous, so even though we were hungry—we couldn't eat it all—we took the leftovers with us. The beer was cold and refreshing. The waiter was friendly, smiling, and attentive. The dining room is large and bright. But everything is simple. It's a lovely trattoria. We'll be happy to return again.

25/08/2025: Truly a wonderful place. The view of the sea is beautiful, and at sunset it's something extraordinary. You can also dine inside since the restaurant is air-conditioned, but I recommend sitting outside as the view is truly unique. The dishes are generous and tasty. The restaurant is excellent, and for celiacs there is an unimaginable wide selection of food. The staff's hospitality is impeccable, as is the service, but Angelo is the jewel in the crown of the restaurant; he always makes us feel pampered and, above all, at home. Try this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.

20/08/2025: 10 Euro for a Lemon Lime and bitters that came on the bill under Cocktail, it was a normal size glass. When I questioned it they said it was an Alcoholic mixed drink and there was nothing they could do. They take you for a fool which was the disappointing part. Anyway Food was ok and nothing special, waiters were very good.
