If a customer is asked to cook the meat, it's because it's a red meat; white meats, including pork, must be served well done (HACCP standards). A burger is considered 100% beef; if the meat is different or mixed, it must be on the menu. Pork shank and entrecôte are best avoided; I paid €34 for 300 grams of entrecôte (menu price €7.50/kg).

I've been to this place a couple of times with my family and we're very pleased: the food is excellent (we tried the sandwiches, capocollo, and the burger (the latter is very popular)), the service is fairly quick, and the staff is very helpful and clear in explaining the menu. The value for money is good. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

A lovely restaurant and pub, offering excellent sandwiches, pucce, and other delicious specialties, including meat. A wide selection of beers is also available. The place is welcoming, and the staff and owner are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
