Good quality meat, friendly staff, nice place, though not very big. Excellent experience.

We had lunch today. The meat was excellent, with a platter of cured meats and good cheeses. 😋
The place is a bit small (we got the little corner near the restroom), but since we ate so well, everything else went unnoticed.
We'll definitely be back.

Would I recommend it? ... I don't know...
IN SUMMARY:
The quality-price ratio is not there. Despite a simple and specific menu, there's very little actual availability of dishes and therefore limited variety.
There's a complete lack of communication with customers about important information (dish ingredients, pre-defined seasonings like salt on the meat, orders for dishes not ordered but served freely). The bill is outrageous compared to the service and quality received.
OUR EXPERIENCE DETAILS:
- We were greeted with bread and plain carrot sticks.
- We asked the staff to order appetizers, but without anyone coming to take our order, we received a platter of cured meats and cheeses.
Luckily, we had intended to choose them, so we tried them. Nothing special, but they were good.
We wanted to order a few more items from the APPETIZER LIST, but there were none of about 9 other items available, so we had to give up.
We opted for MEAT and asked if we could order from the counter, whereupon they said yes. Overall, there wasn't much variety. We ordered 2 meat rolls (we received 4), 6 livers, 10 bombettes, and 6 "cigarii." There was no meat scale, and on the bill we found 4 mixed roasts, for a total of €52!
- There was a cover charge, but when we cleared the appetizers, we were instructed to remove the dirty cutlery from the plates and keep it for the meat.
- For a SIDE DISH, we ordered ash-fried potatoes (really good, perfectly cooked and with a great dressing) and a green salad (to our surprise, it came with white cabbage and arugula; it wasn't even listed on the menu. When we asked for a change to classic iceberg lettuce or similar, there was no alternative, but it's one of the few places that offers apple cider vinegar as a condiment).
- The meat arrived at the table. It was cooked "on the stove," so it was all well done, but very, very, very flavorful, especially because it was generously sprinkled with salt before serving!
I've honestly never salted sausage and bombette, since, being processed meats, they're already quite flavorful and seasoned.
The meat was good overall, but when it was served salted, I couldn't really appreciate the flavor.
- There was no dessert menu. No desserts.
- BILL: For a lunch for four people as shown in the photos, including a cheese board, the meat listed above, four Cokes, and one liter of water, we paid a total of €107, about €27 per person.
There's a lot of room for improvement, but I also believe it wouldn't take much to achieve significantly better results and increase customer satisfaction.

There were four of us and we ate well (I forgot to take photos of all the dishes): excellent quality meat, well cooked. The house wine was also excellent. The prices were fair. The service was surprisingly fast despite the place being packed. So we're satisfied and recommend it. The only flaw: there's only one bathroom for men and women, and a very narrow passage between the tables to get to it.

We had a wonderful lunch at Rosso Di Sera with a great group of fellow travelers. The food was outstanding—especially the local cured meats, fresh salad, and cheeses. A real standout was the regional baked potato and the flavorful sausage brochette. Andrea and the entire staff were terrific and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
