08/11/2025: A historic place. Extraordinary pizza and puccia.

25/10/2025: Terrible experience. We waited an hour and a quarter for two pizzas and a puccia. For God's sake, it was Saturday night after all. But for service to be optimal during the week, it must be at least minimally efficient during the busiest times. And most importantly, while we were waiting, people who'd sat down later than us were getting their orders. Absurd! We ordered a refined pizza (mozzarella, yellow tomatoes, and mushrooms) with no flavor whatsoever, a decent margherita, and a puccia whose dough was a bit undercooked and the meat (bombette) was bland. I absolutely do not recommend it.

31/08/2025: Nice, welcoming location in the summer with outdoor seating. The pizza is delicious. I highly recommend the puccia, which is very rich, the fries are good, and the local Raffo beer is excellent. The staff is helpful but a bit unorganized, even if they're very tech-savvy. But still worth a visit, I'm sure they'll improve. In any case, everything is delicious and recommended. The quality is excellent and exceptional. The pinza is fantastic. Go there, we highly recommend it :)

05/11/2025: The place is a bit small with limited seating. I tried both the panzerotti and pucce, and I must say they were very good, but the prices were too high, especially since the panzerotti aren't very filling (they're also small), and the same goes for the puccie. Otherwise, it seems fairly clean. (P.S. I've eaten here twice already, so keep that in mind.)

17/10/2025: Fried panzerotti are good but they are really too greasy and heavy, then you have to wait a long time if they are not ready

24/09/2025: I'm from Catania and the restaurant thought I was Chinese or something. An appetizer, two first courses, and two glasses of wine cost 82 euros. The food was horrible. Only the guys serving were friendly. BUT I WOULD NEVER LET THEM GO AGAIN AND I WON'T EVEN SEND AN ANT WITHOUT RESPECT.

01/12/2025: I celebrated my son's 18th birthday. I had a great time right from the start. The owners were very helpful and ready to accommodate any request. Daniele was extremely helpful in the dining room, and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: The best place of our stay in Puglia! A must-try. It's delicious, from the starters to the desserts, right down to the wine. They were able to adapt one dish to a vegetarian option (thank you very much). Italian cuisine, but with a twist and a touch more refined, for very reasonable prices. Lovely staff, the dining room is superb.

11/09/2025: Albarosa Pizzeria Gastronomia has become a go-to place for me. I often get takeout pizzas, even by the meter, and they never disappoint. The dough is light and flavorful, the toppings always generous and well-balanced. The quality is evident in every bite. And I say this as a Neapolitan: the pizza here is truly delicious! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza made the right way.

22/09/2025: The atmosphere is magical but no where near how amazing the drinks and the staff are. My Italian is poor and in the beginning stages but the staff is so friendly and attentive. They work really hard at making everyone comfortable. The drinks menu is very comprehensive and has something for everyone. I've been back 2xs and look forward to returning. This should definitely be on your list of places to visit.

17/09/2025: A very satisfying aperitif for two: the mozzarella was delicious and the Negroamaro rosé was spectacular. The atmosphere was young and lively, which was a good thing.
