27/10/2025: Excellent quality products, from the prized, fragrant Apulian Senatore Cappelli flours, used in any dough and also sold by them, with a wide selection of legumes for soups and more. All local, olive oil from various farms, super-genuine biscuits, taralli, and friselle are the stars. The smell of genuine bread brings back old memories. The owners are very helpful, even for super-fast shipping. Great idea for Christmas 🎅. See you soon Marzano Family

29/09/2025: Until a few months ago, it was among the best bread and baked goods producers. In recent months, there have been a series of errors with all their products (burnt, undercooked, and poorly leavened bread, friselle with ash, other products that were too salty, etc.). I'm writing this review as constructive criticism, hoping the quality will return to its former level. Otherwise, a wide variety of both sweet and savory products, a nice shop, and professional, friendly staff.

28/09/2025: Super rude staff. I don't know what the problem is between them, but they're really rude.

11/10/2025: The food was super good! The waiting time was like 15 minutes and out waiter cleaned my fish so i didnt have to. Food was spectaculous and everyone liked their dishes. Around 12 oclock we got served a table instantly! A total gem of a restaurant.

30/09/2025: Swordfish was great and the * Tagliata di manzo con scaglie di grana, pomodorini e rucola *, sizzling beef on a hot plate was superb. Nice lady serving us. Unfortunately there's a big screen showing some stupid film and the noise that comes with it, which ruins the atmosphere of this quaint little restaurant.

16/10/2025: I stayed one night in this hotel for work. I found it very comfortable, clean, and with a good breakfast. The staff was friendly and the price was fair (€58 for a B&B with a sea view). It's one of those hotels you'll want to remember and share with colleagues.

15/10/2025: Great service and a fantastic facility. We spontaneously stayed at the Montiro and were treated very well. We really enjoyed it.

26/08/2025: A large warehouse where you can find everything. Reasonable prices. Excellent staff.

19/10/2025: A wonderful location surrounded by greenery, just a stone's throw from Gallipoli, a rustic establishment offering simple yet refined dishes. The quality of the food is excellent, from the appetizers to the first and second courses. The antipasto was rich and delicious, and the first courses were excellent. We opted for the meat course, which was delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were very satisfied.

13/09/2025: We were thrilled with the cuisine, service, and location at Calamate. We stayed in Gallipoli for 12 days, and we ate there four times. It was undoubtedly the best dinners of the entire trip. The appetizer selection—the burratina, the homemade orecchiette, and the bombette (which we tried breaded and baked here)—were all exceptional, as were the grilled red tuna and the pasta with scampi. The ingredients are excellent, and the price, in my opinion, perfectly in line with what's on offer. If you're in Gallipoli, it's worth a visit!
