28/07/2024: Osteria where you feel pampered and at home. The food is homemade but cooked with a lot of attention to the ingredients (strictly local) and with a lot of love. For us, an obligatory stop on Sunday. Today an extraordinary burnt wheat troccolo with sausage tips sauce and a very tender beef stew. What more do you want from life? A house liqueur? There's that too!

27/07/2024: Tried it during lunch break, thanks to the suggestion of friends; the outside is not particularly inviting but as soon as you open the door you enter a modern but warm dining room like "grandma's"! The menu already provides a clear possibility of choice but then the owner, explaining the dishes, certainly gives excellent advice for choosing based on tastes. The food, although simple, is generally made using products that are easily available locally and is very tasty for particular combinations, even if not typical of traditional Apulian cuisine. Definitely worth trying again without hesitation!

02/11/2024: All good, from the first to the second courses. Sea-flavoured troccoli with a rich seasoning. The fried calamari is dry and tastes good. The mixed grill was for my celiac mother who had no problem requesting gluten-free dishes.

22/09/2024: I had a good fish dinner at absolutely reasonable prices, in a very nice environment and good service. Fantastic terrace overlooking the gulf. Excellent value for money.

23/08/2024: Enoteca nel centro di Peschici, piccola con solo tavoli esterni, ottimamente guidata con passione e capacità da Francesco che con ottimi prodotti del territorio e un interessante proposta si vini vi accoglierà e delizierà facendovi trascorrere una piacevolissima serata. 05/09/2024: Ho letto la recensione di Giorgio V relativa a dicembre 2022 e sono rimasta basita! Non è che per caso si trovava in un ristorante omonimo in un' altra località ? Ho scoperto infatti che esiste un certo numero di ristoranti con questo nome in Italia. Ci troviamo in un angolo di paradiso nel Comune di Manfredonia e a pochi km da Foggia, una vera oasi di verde poco distante dalla strada principale che collega le due città. Arrivati dopo aver percorso il viale di accesso, vediamo una tipica villa padronale con annessi edifici intorno , compresa una chiesetta, il tutto circondato da alte querce e altri 8alberi e da estesi campi. Il ristorante interno alla villa appare incredibilmente grandioso, con vasti spazi divisi da ampie arcate e angoli particolari ; ogni dettaglio è molto curato nei particolari caratteristici e raffinati degli arredi. Il personale è inappuntabile e allo stesso tempo cordialmente gentile . Il menù proposto appare molto buono e infatti i piatti che abbiamo scelto erano proprio gustosi. Ottima la carne di bufalo proveniente dalla bufalaia poco distante dall' ingresso.

Suitable for spending time and relaxing in the internal room or at the tables positioned externally. Friendly and helpful staff. Good work! Keep going

30/08/2024: I was in Carpino again as a guest with my friends in the Braceria of Guiseppe. Our choice fell on the menu, which is offered in 3 different sizes. As before, it was of outstanding quality and showcased the diversity of what was on offer. The appetizer plate alone was a composition of various delicacies that Guiseppe also offers to his customers in his Macelleria. The main course was a journey through the world of meat lovers and was prepared in two different ways. Connoisseurs of local products get their money's worth here. The freshness of the components leaves nothing to be desired. You simply have to experience it because it can hardly be described in words. The food is served both in an air-conditioned dining room and on a covered terrace in front of the house. The exquisite selection of wines and the richness of the menu can only be described as remarkable. Never had any of my friends been disappointed by their visit to Guiseppe. A compliment to the entire service team, who always appeared calm and friendly even as the number of visitors increased. Almost every wish was fulfilled promptly. My conclusion: This was definitely not my last visit with Guiseppe and his team.
