The family-run business is its true asset: Enrichetta, her husband, and their son work together with a passion that shines through in every dish and in the hospitality they offer their guests. We started with a truly exceptional off-menu tartare, incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The first courses were simply exquisite, with authentic flavors that showcase the local seafood. The finale, however, was the real surprise: Enrichetta's homemade desserts are of truly rare quality and deliciousness, carefully prepared and elegantly presented. Another great asset is its location on the island of San Nicola: compared to the more chaotic San Domino, here you'll find a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a leisurely dinner. Congratulations to the whole family for their passion and professionalism. We'll definitely be back when we're back on the Tremiti Islands.

12/07/2026: Delicious food, plentiful, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and attentive: we hadn't realized it was possible to order a "menu" and spend less, but the waiter explained everything, telling us we'd save money. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with both indoor and outdoor spaces, and large tables. We spent €23 each for a first course, second course (including salad and potatoes), coffee, and liqueur. Highly recommended!

11/08/2026: We went for dinner yesterday. The place has good potential but could use some improvement, especially in terms of service. The location is charming and well-kept, with a splendid outdoor space among the olive trees and even a children's area (for an additional €10 fee) that allows couples with children to enjoy some quiet, intimate moments. It's also nice to find placemats and crayons for the little ones to draw on. The online reservation service is functional. The quality of the dishes is quite good; we had a classic bruschetta (good), a tartare (excellent), a marinara pizza (decent), an 800g rib-eye steak with potatoes (good, they even bring a griddle to re-cook it to your liking), and three desserts: passito with wine taralli (normal), quince cheesecake (so-so), and tetta di monaca (good). Drinks included two glasses of red wine and water. Price €146. A few negatives. Given that the booking confirmation message specifies that the table must be occupied for 90 minutes (not a problem in itself, but it's necessary for what I'll write later), when we arrived, we were seated at a nice table in the garden. Unfortunately, we were in an area with countless wasps. At the adjacent tables, where people were already eating, there was one with at least 10-12 wasps around or on the three pizzas people were eating. At another, a mother was standing protecting her little girl who was eating in a high chair. Upon our inquiry, the wait staff told us they'd done everything they could to control the wasps, but since it's outdoors, that's the case (I understand the possibility of a couple, but such a large number is certainly a problem for anyone seated in that area). So, we asked to be moved (among us, there was a ladybug allergic to wasps) and ended up inside since there were no other seats outside. Once inside, you lose much of the magical atmosphere. We had to request menus because they hadn't been refilled in the dining room, and unfortunately, ordering was a long and tiring process. After calling the staff, they came to take orders, but the tablets weren't working and they left. Luckily for my daughter and her pizza, the voice order was placed shortly afterward and it was sorted. For us, however, it was a matter of waiting for the system to slowly restart. The fact is, we arrived at the restaurant at 7:55 PM and were seated at 8:00 PM (8:05 PM at the latest, already inside the dining room) and were able to order at 8:52 PM. The service after that could be improved but was average. Of course, if you ask to keep your table for 90 minutes, you can't expect to use more than half of that time to order. The supposed owner at the cash register, who was inside the entire time and saw us enter when no one else was there, had issues with the tablet, etc. I would have expected her to at least say something when it came to the bill, but nothing. The price is quite high, but still reasonable given the adequate service given the location, not acceptable with such issues and delays. I would have settled for a "sorry for the inconvenience" or a digestive, but instead, nothing at all, just the extended POS. Too bad, it was definitely an unfortunate evening, but the lack of awareness of the poor service and adequate customer service is a major negative.

26/01/2026: OK, the best sushi spot in Sarasota, FL is no more... see my prior review history for location, sadly it's gone forever. Now, moving up a slot, is Utamaro Sushi Bar located downtown Sarasota. Been going here for years, always exceptional, now 100% the go to place in SRQ for sushi. Note this review is for take-out, holiday party at the office, everyone but the CEO loves sushi, but he stepped up and tried Yellow Tail, LOL, and loved the cooked orders. You won't be disappointed, please GO. Check out this spread of delish photos! Here we have: SUSHI = Hamachi, Bluefin, Uni, Sake, Scallop, Fatty Tuna. The only thing missing was Saba... I requested but somehow the request was denied LOL by ordering party (private joke). ROLLS = Manhattan, Flamingo, Seakosho, Dragon, Emperor, Spicy Tuna, Bang-Bang, Mexican Roll, Triple Tail, Eel, California.

14/01/2026: We have always had a go to sushi spot. But, tonight we wanted something closer to home. Utamaro exceeded our expectations! Quite possibly the freshest, best quality sushi we have had. Will be our new sushi spot! Thanks for providing such quality and service.

08/06/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A beautiful hotel with breathtaking views over the Gulf of Manfredonia The view of the sea is simply stunning and creates a true holiday feeling from the very first moment. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and strives to fulfill every guest's wish. The quiet location, combined with the proximity to the beach and the town, is particularly appealing – perfect for exploring Manfredonia while also enjoying some relaxation. The breakfast is also excellent: fresh, varied, and prepared with care. Overall, a hotel that impresses with its atmosphere, cleanliness, and hospitality. In conclusion: A highly recommended hotel with breathtaking sea views. I will definitely be back.

30/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited La Montagna yesterday, and everything was absolutely outstanding. There were three of us, and every euro we spent was worth it. We tried the seafood tasting menu, grilled tuna, the seafood trio (cuttlefish, calamari, and prawns), desserts, coffee, and the house wine. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and the freshness and quality of the ingredients really stood out. A big compliment also goes to the attentive, friendly, and professional staff, who made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful setting, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend La Montagna to anyone looking for excellent seafood and outstanding service. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

19/02/2026: We would have been completely satisfied if it weren't for the disappointment of not being able to see the menu and wine list with their prices. Being aware of what you eat and drink is a necessary and respectful act toward your guest, as is providing a detailed, non-cumulative bill, as was the case.

The quality of the ingredients and the care with which they were prepared were evident. The hospitality was also excellent, and the price was more than reasonable for what we ate. Thank you.

16/05/2026: The best food we have had in Italy so far! You can tell the food is made with love and care. Very attentive owner and waiter, both very keen to share the best food on offer. Don't expect a menu though - everything is made with the freshest ingredients and so changes every day! The homemade pasta is also incredible!

31/03/2026: The place is very nice, with good appetizers and excellent, authentic first courses. The staff is attentive and friendly. The price is a bit high for a few appetizers, a first course, and a glass of wine (€30 per person).
