09/01/2026: The atmosphere is super clean, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcome customers with kindness and professionalism. And the pizza, what can I say? Soft and light dough, just the right toppings, and you can even choose a version not listed on the menu. Must try radicchio, gorgonzola, speck, and buffalo mozzarella. EXCELLENT ☺️ The pizzeria also offers a round pizza option, with reasonable prices. Well done, and thank you always ❤️

06/01/2026: A small but very welcoming restaurant in the historic center of Ischitella. A wide selection of dishes and drinks. Ask Valentino for advice; he's very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

23/12/2025: Authentic place, refined and spot-on flavors. The bombette on this side are something else!!! Welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant evening, even caught a live show. Young and friendly staff, we had a really good time.

14/10/2025: Very nice place if you are in Vieste absolutely to try I recommend before the beautiful sunset, the fast service and it feels like eating at grandma's with the table under the porch, there are kittens and geckos very beautiful. The road to get to the Ranch is to be done at low speeds I having a sports car with low suspension I did not risk it. The owners are very kind

16/09/2025: Had the best, authentic meal here! So grateful for our friends Rocco and Ilaria that brought us to experience the best of Vieste! From the bruschetta, with all the options like roasted peppers, marinated eggplant and zucchini, melted caciocavallo cheese, and sun dried tomatoes to the grilled meats, everything was exquisite and so tasty! To top it off, an after dinner limoncello made with olive tree leaves 🧑‍🍳 like nothing we’ve ever tasted! We highly recommend this place if you want a genuine, rustic experience set among the olive groves of Vieste with amazing views!

08/02/2026: Always happy to return, despite the years, the Giardino di Monsignore restaurant and beach club remain a guarantee of taste, elegance, and excellent value. A little more attention to customer service from the dining room staff would be welcome.

13/01/2026: LOCATION: The Lido Giardino di Monsignore Pizzeria and Restaurant is located in Contrada Torre del Porto in Mattinata. A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: This restaurant is well-known among tourists and locals alike. When you arrive, you can enjoy an incredible view of the sea. Especially at sunset, when the sun disappears behind the rocks, the sea is tinged with various colors. On the several occasions I've been, I've enjoyed both the fish-based first and second courses, as well as the pizzas. Each dish reflects the tradition of the Gargano. The restaurant has ample parking, a significant detail in an area that's very busy during the summer months. The photographs I took are testimonies that tell a story, more than a thousand words. FUN FACT: DID YOU KNOW THAT...? The Port Tower was one of the ancient coastal towers built in the 16th century to guard against Ottoman pirate raids. 21/12/2025: It's a shame that both pizzas were burnt on the edge... the product has quality ingredients, but the attention to the final product was not up to the recognition on display.

09/11/2025: Saturday night dinner for two. 1 still water, 1 (three) corn-crusted rice supplì, 2 pizzas (1 Dark and 1 "Il Manzo si fa Ganzo" with burnt wheat dough) = €38.50. Fair price for the quantity and quality of the ingredients. Really good supplì with a lovely, delicate flavor. Pizzas (excellent dough, rolled out with a medium-deep crust): - Dark: unfortunately, completely ruined by the extra-dark chocolate chips, as they were replaced with simple chocolate chips used for cake toppings. So, not extra-dark, and they gave the pizza a sweetish flavor, which, being already topped with pumpkin, enhanced the sweetness so much that it gave me a stomach ache. Too bad. - Il Manzo si fa Ganzo: chosen with burnt wheat flour. Excellent pizza, really good, perhaps too much caramelized onion. The burnt wheat dough was very good. Perfectly cooked. Very small and uncomfortable place, with small and uncomfortable chairs. Very slow service, and the decision to leave takeout available on a Saturday night was strange; we waited over an hour between the appetizer and the pizza. Everything could be improved; perhaps I'll update the review next time, but definitely not on a Saturday and with lighter pizzas. Worth a try.
