03/04/2026: A very welcoming, clean hotel in an excellent location, allowing you to easily reach the Sanctuary on foot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel for short or long stays.

02/02/2026: The best restaurant in Rodi Gargano The mussel and octopus appetizers were excellent, and the pizzas were great too. Located in an old mansion with grand archways inside and out. The prices are quite reasonable. I especially appreciated the service from the waitresses.

08/04/2026: We ate a really good seafood troccolo, a generous dish and fish that really tasted like fish. We were in Foggia but the atmosphere and the ingredients were so fresh that they made you think you were on the coast, everything was exceptional!

04/04/2026: Having waited so long to discover this idyllic place has made us eat our elbows!! For years we've searched the surrounding areas, looking for places near the sea that offer high-quality seafood. Realizing that we have it right in the city center, and for me, right on my doorstep, was a magnificent discovery! This place is second to none, and the expertise and professionalism of the kitchen staff is evident from start to finish. From the phone reservation, they asked us beforehand if we had any allergies or intolerances to report. The atmosphere is meticulously designed and meticulously crafted, making it feel like you're overlooking the views of Santorini. The noise level is extremely low, and the background music is relaxing. The staff is constantly present, but not invasive or oppressive; they're knowledgeable and truly kind. Moving on to the food... THE QUALITY AND FRESHNESS OF THE INGREDIENTS IS AWESOME!!! The appetizers are inexplicable (the real thing is to try them and believe them), not to mention the lobster troccoli (they even let you choose your favorite pasta shape), which is worth every penny! The presentation of the dish, then...a whole lobster already split in half! I think it deserves to be included in the Michelin Guide. Compliments to the owner. A huge compliment to the chef's skill. And thanks again to the wait staff. From now on, it will truly be our FAVORITE CITY SEASIDE!

13/04/2026: The owners are very professional, very polite, and always available for any need. The owners' children are equally so. I was alone, arriving from Milan to San Giovanni Rotondo. My train was late, so I missed dinner time! But Mr. Giuseppe was kind enough to come and pick me up near the Sanctuary. Well, what can I say? They're the best. I'll definitely be back. Carmela

Everything was excellent: from the booking management to the welcome and friendliness of the owners (a wonderful family), all extremely kind and helpful...parents and children who work there. They made our stay truly unique. Excellent food, super breakfast and cakes, top-notch rooms, impeccable cleanliness, every comfort, and attention to detail. The property also has ample parking and is close to the Padre Pio Shrine. Everything was convenient. We sincerely thank all the staff for their professionalism, care, and love. It was a pleasant discovery...I rediscovered the "warmth of a home and a special family." We will definitely be back. We highly recommend it. Thank you all 🙏🏼❤️

03/03/2026: An extraordinary experience! If you love fresh fish, this restaurant is a must-visit. The raw fish is exceptional: top-quality, fresh, and with authentic seafood flavors. The sea urchins, in particular, were spectacular, with a rare intensity. But the real highlight was the pacchero with lobster: a dish that's simply delicious. Perfectly cooked pasta, incredibly fresh lobster, and an impeccable balance of flavors. Honestly, I've never tasted such a good pacchero! A special thanks to the owner, a friendly, helpful, and attentive person who made you feel at home from the first moment. The service was fast and precise. We'll definitely be back!

06/04/2026: We dined at Terrazza del Borgo in Torremaggiore, drawn by its central location in the heart of the old town. The restaurant is well-presented, with a tidy atmosphere and a pleasant view, which is certainly its strong point. The menu offers classic local cuisine with a few modern twists. We tried some typical appetizers and fresh pasta dishes: the quality of the ingredients is good, and the portions are average, without any particular surprises, but consistent with the offerings. Perhaps some flavors could have been more pronounced, but overall the preparation was excellent. The service was courteous, and the wait times were acceptable, despite it being a busy evening. The staff is helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for an unpretentious dinner. In conclusion, it's a good option for those in the area looking for a decent meal in a beautiful setting. The quality-price ratio is in line with what's available in the area. A pleasant, average evening.

21/12/2025: It's a shame that both pizzas were burnt on the edge... the product has quality ingredients, but the attention to the final product was not up to the recognition on display.

09/11/2025: Saturday night dinner for two. 1 still water, 1 (three) corn-crusted rice supplì, 2 pizzas (1 Dark and 1 "Il Manzo si fa Ganzo" with burnt wheat dough) = €38.50. Fair price for the quantity and quality of the ingredients. Really good supplì with a lovely, delicate flavor. Pizzas (excellent dough, rolled out with a medium-deep crust): - Dark: unfortunately, completely ruined by the extra-dark chocolate chips, as they were replaced with simple chocolate chips used for cake toppings. So, not extra-dark, and they gave the pizza a sweetish flavor, which, being already topped with pumpkin, enhanced the sweetness so much that it gave me a stomach ache. Too bad. - Il Manzo si fa Ganzo: chosen with burnt wheat flour. Excellent pizza, really good, perhaps too much caramelized onion. The burnt wheat dough was very good. Perfectly cooked. Very small and uncomfortable place, with small and uncomfortable chairs. Very slow service, and the decision to leave takeout available on a Saturday night was strange; we waited over an hour between the appetizer and the pizza. Everything could be improved; perhaps I'll update the review next time, but definitely not on a Saturday and with lighter pizzas. Worth a try.

19/02/2026: We would have been completely satisfied if it weren't for the disappointment of not being able to see the menu and wine list with their prices. Being aware of what you eat and drink is a necessary and respectful act toward your guest, as is providing a detailed, non-cumulative bill, as was the case.

19/01/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly. We celebrated New Year's Day with a DJ and lots of great music. We had lunch and played bingo, and I even won. The meal was delicious, and Mrs. Teresa was attentive to everything. We'll be back.

28/03/2026: A fantastic experience at Sale e Pepe! The food is truly delicious: every dish is meticulously crafted, from the presentation to the flavors, which are truly overwhelming. The staff is extremely welcoming, always attentive and helpful. Special praise goes to the manager and the waiters, who make you feel immediately at ease and pampered throughout the dinner. The desserts are unique and spectacular, the perfect finale to an already excellent meal. You can sense great passion and quality in every course. Highly recommended, definitely one of the best restaurants for a wonderful experience!

12/04/2026: We visited this restaurant with a group of friends with 3- and 4-year-old children. We had a great time! The owners had high chairs available for them and plenty of toys to keep them entertained. Without having to ask, they immediately listed the children's menu for us and brought out the dishes in no time. They understood our needs, and unlike other places, they were truly child-friendly! They actually have a children's menu, not the usual two courses. Adult menu: We chose a mix of appetizers, shrimp, and cured meats. Everything was extremely fresh and tasty, beautifully plated, with plenty of cutlery and the utmost attention to customer service! For the first course: truffle ravioli - delicious! Homemade tagliatelle (you can really taste the difference) with shrimp, mushrooms, and bacon. I recommend everyone save room for the chocolate cake! We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your patience with the kids and for fully understanding our needs.

10/04/2026: Great restaurant in a quiet location. Street parking available. Unfortunately, the waitress only speaks Italian. We had to wait a bit longer for the food, but it was incredibly delicious.
