22/09/2025: A place you wouldn't expect, discovered by chance, that leaves you with a smile of warmth and satisfaction. We tried it for a "dressed" aperitivo, a sort of anthology of authentic Apulian foods and small delicacies from the kitchen, both hot and cold. The drinks are absolutely well-made and generous. All at a price you won't find anywhere else. The service is quick, friendly, and pleasant. It's impossible not to highly recommend it. PS: The name is beautiful, great guys!

21/08/2025: Highly recommended, we are not from Zapponeta but we came here on holiday today, we did not have the opportunity to book but the guys welcomed us with politeness and kindness anyway (there were 6 of us), we had sandwiches, panzerotti and fried food, all delicious, I repeat highly recommended for those who want to try something new compared to traditional sandwiches and panzerotti

With excellent service, the best pizza, and local beer and wine, we felt we'd been well-advised. Thank you, and keep up the good work. We were happy to return to the accommodation and took care of our dog. Because dogs here belong outside.

It's clear that the chef and his team know their stuff, with dishes that showcase the flavors and ingredients. ​However, it's in the dining room that the magical, secret ingredient of this place comes into play: Elena and Antonio. ​From the first moment, they make you feel at ease, as if you were at the home of old friends. Antonio stands out for his innate charm combined with impeccable professionalism, expertly guiding you through your choices. Elena, originally from Naples, has that extra something: not only is she welcoming and spontaneous, but she also stands out for her great professionalism and expert service, which greatly enrich the customer experience. ​Highly recommended for those looking not only for excellent food, but also for a warm welcome and high-quality service! 18/09/2025: We dine here as we stay at the Gran Paradiso hotel. It is in the same level with the hotel lobby. Service and atmosphere are excellent, waiters were attentive and fast eventhough we were not speaking Italian. Food are just okay to our liking. Beers are nice.

18/09/2025: During our vacation, we found this restaurant, which immediately caught our eye, so we returned a few days later... The place is very clean and welcoming. The staff are super kind, smiling, and helpful... Besides the delicious food and good wine, they make for a wonderful evening. Not to mention the very friendly chef, who creates delicious and unique dishes... If you're in the area, definitely stop by; you'll leave feeling full and satisfied.

27/08/2025: Beautiful, welcoming place... we were there a few days ago and had a great time... the staff was helpful and very kind... we ordered stuffed bruschetta, focaccia, pizza and to finish off a homemade tiramisu... everything was excellent... we will definitely be back 😍

23/08/2025: Very good pizza, congratulations 👏, it's a pleasure to eat a pizza like yours. However, unfortunately... The traffic noise and vehicle exhausts are really annoying. Your loud music is truly unnecessary and irritating, better to turn it off altogether. Between traffic, music, and loud voices, it all becomes a cacophony.

03/11/2025: A truly unique location... we celebrated our son's baptism and his first birthday and we will definitely be back again. The dishes were prepared with attention to every detail, the wait staff was incredibly professional and courteous, and the atmosphere was well-kept and clean. I highly recommend going during the Christmas period for the beautiful decorations. We worked closely with Mr. Mario to organize the entire event. He is a wonderful, very welcoming person who goes out of his way to accommodate all our requests, with unparalleled availability. Highly recommended as a venue!

22/09/2025: We spent a wonderful day at Le Querce di Mamre, a restaurant that immediately strikes you with its impeccable cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of the restaurant exudes attention and order, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. A great strength is undoubtedly the kindness of the wait staff and staff: helpful, smiling, and always attentive to the guests' needs. The food was also excellent, with beautifully presented dishes and authentic flavors that fully met our expectations. The only downside was the babysitting service, offered as an extra. Unfortunately, it proved completely useless: the girls in charge didn't involve the children in any activities or games, just sat there staring at their phones and didn't bother escorting them to their tables or checking on them. A real shame, considering that such a service should offer parents peace of mind and fun for their little ones. In conclusion, Le Querce di Mamre remains a highly recommended restaurant for its quality and hospitality, but the babysitting service definitely deserves a serious overhaul.

13/11/2025: We celebrated a birthday with a generous aperitif and delicious rustici, excellent multi-flavored tongs and what can I say about the cake, a true delicacy. The bar was attentive to the smallest details and the staff were friendly.
