The Chalet degli Ulivi is a breathtaking, romantic, and peaceful location surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. The plants covered in fairy lights create a unique and romantic atmosphere. The food was impeccable, everything delicious and presented with meticulous attention to detail. Since I have allergies, the staff was very attentive in recommending the various dishes. You can continue the evening with their selection of drinks, accompanied by background music. Thank you for the fantastic experience, we will definitely be back ❤️

A lovely location just outside Vieste, nestled in a spectacular olive grove with a truly chilled atmosphere. The appetizer platter of local cured meats and cheeses is truly delicious, along with orecchiette with turnip greens and cavatelli with chickpeas and bacon, both delicious. The burgers are unforgettable... Terramisú is a lovely idea, good but not superb! Double serving...

Wonderful place surrounded by green fig and olive trees. Well-maintained. Children's area with entertainment including games and drawing with a very sweet girl. Delicious food and well-prepared dishes. Excellent pizza. Book your table in advance or you'll be left empty-handed 🤭.

Four of us went on a Saturday, with online reservations required. The waiter seemed annoyed. There was a very long wait for the first course, and even between the first and second courses. The dishes were unremarkable, not up to par with its reputation. The burger was salty, the pork medallion was tough, the cicatelli and chickpeas, and the crispy fries were good. The location was beautiful! I don't think we'll be back.

Fabulous location, you dine among the olive trees, al fresco, meat menu, they don't have fish dishes. Excellent first courses, good appetizer of cured meats and cheeses. I had a very tender tagliata, with potatoes and arugula. The pizza is also good, generous portions, fair prices, considering the location. Friendly and discreet waiters. Recommended, on Saturdays it's best to book. It's also nice to be greeted at the entrance by the owner, who then shows you to the table.
