06/04/2026: We dined at Terrazza del Borgo in Torremaggiore, drawn by its central location in the heart of the old town. The restaurant is well-presented, with a tidy atmosphere and a pleasant view, which is certainly its strong point. The menu offers classic local cuisine with a few modern twists. We tried some typical appetizers and fresh pasta dishes: the quality of the ingredients is good, and the portions are average, without any particular surprises, but consistent with the offerings. Perhaps some flavors could have been more pronounced, but overall the preparation was excellent. The service was courteous, and the wait times were acceptable, despite it being a busy evening. The staff is helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for an unpretentious dinner. In conclusion, it's a good option for those in the area looking for a decent meal in a beautiful setting. 06/04/2026: I recently dined at Il Simposio restaurant and had a very positive experience. Despite its inland location, the seafood selection was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes. The atmosphere is elegant and very pleasant, ideal for a quiet evening. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the service. I gave it 4 stars only because of some minor inconveniences with the wait times between courses, but overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for good seafood in the area. The quality/price ratio is fair.

10/06/2025: We celebrated an event at Le Tre Volte with family and friends. A wonderful location, elegant and meticulously designed. The atmosphere was refined and relaxing: everything was perfect! A special thanks to Annamaria Vainella, professional, attentive, helpful, and precise. She organized everything impeccably, overseeing everything step by step. A true guarantee! Award-winning chef Cataldo Giaconella delighted us with incredibly fresh seafood dishes, prepared with passion and presented with taste and elegance. A culinary experience of the highest caliber. The staff was always kind, attentive, and helpful. There aren't enough stars to describe the excellence of this place! Highly recommended! Everything was excellent. Congratulations, special people who truly make a difference.

07/04/2026: A bare location devoid of any added value (not even a sea view), with a bill that's anything but light. A practically empty seafood first course (two mussels and a few clams), a simple tomato dish, and a lightly seasoned sea bream for two don't even begin to justify spending around €100, without wine. I understand it was Easter Monday, but opening should mean offering a worthy experience, not giving the impression of working to the bare minimum. The result is a huge disappointment for the customer, given the decidedly ambitious prices. The quality/price ratio is clearly insufficient.

04/04/2026: We were in this splendid restaurant this evening and it was an exciting experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was very friendly. The cuisine deserved 10 out of 10. The dishes were well made and of an excellent quality. They were simply fantastic and we recommend them wholeheartedly. ❤️
