I stop in this pizzeria quickly to get some take-away food and the guy is bold saying that the paposcia takes 5 minutes but it takes 20 (if I had known I would have taken something else since I was in a hurry and I had the little girl in the car double rowed in the sun crying!)

14/05/2025: A lousy meal, white wine served warm, a seafood risotto that looked like rice with some frozen seafood thrown in. The result was rice with tiny pieces of seafood floating in it. A veal escalope served without vegetables, the waiter didn't offer any... Move on by!

12/05/2025: Salve, io e mia moglie, ci fu consigliato box 19 per una cena a base di pesce. Dopo un lungo viaggio e senza aver pranzato. Ordiniamo un antipasto completo: freddo, e poco e niente, comunque di aveva fame. Primo piatti: riso alla pescatora fatto con le bustine knor, spaghetto alle vongole servito su un piatto a forma di conchiglia, quindi molto concavo, di conseguenza pasta asciutta, vongole bruciate, e sotto al fondo del piatto tutto il sughetto molto acquoso è salato. Secondo: fritto misto, se friggevano i sassi forse sarebbero stati più morbidi. Propietario: arrogante ed sgradevole verso clienti e camerieri. Prezzo: esagerato

31/05/2025: Dear Luca, good evening, what are you doing? I feel compelled to inform you of what happened tonight, because despite everything I believed in you, but your staff didn't show up... Anyway, I want to inform you that your oldest waiter, I think it's time to send him into retirement, I'll explain. I asked for your specialty, closed-wheel pizza, and he told me that you don't make them anymore because they come out raw inside, Boo, then I asked him for meatballs for my son and you didn't keep them, I asked him for spicy and I wasn't considered and finally I asked him for the bill and after saying ok, he didn't consider me anymore. Now, I'm used to eating out, I was very impressed by your cooking, so much so that I went back today. In the pizza nel ruoto you were the best, but the normal pizza is something else, don't be offended, they don't stand out in anything, it's a simple pizza like many others, the montanare were cold like the environment that surrounded us, and finally your dear friends from the Vomero Alto sitting next to us, gossiped and offended us Neapolitans of the people, and honestly if you let this happen in your restaurant, it means that you no longer have control, and therefore, you are no longer up to the fake posts that you put, old ones, that tell a story that no longer exists. I'm sorry but you have disappointed our expectations. Have a good life and say hello to the oldest waiter, who this evening, from my point of view, put the full stop to your story.

08/05/2025: Pizza buona, prezzi nella norma e personale cortese… uniche pecche: avevamo un orario di prenotazione che è stato sforato di mezz’ora e più … e abbiamo dovuto aspettare tanto tempo fuori. E poi abbiamo fatto due giri di amari finali che costavano più del doppio della cena in totale (eravamo una 15 ina di persone) diciamo che un po’ di sconto potevano farcelo :-)

18/12/2024: Nomen omen = Small restaurant on the city street. Rustic location and warm welcome, with the owner who suggested the dishes of the day. Among these I chose an excellent bean and turnip soup, while the bruschetta (chosen not as an entrée) with sweet olives and aubergines in oil were more 'ordinary'. Pleasant lunch and final chat, with a bill a little higher than expected. We will return with more time, to also taste the first courses. Advised.

03/11/2024: The quality of the dishes is unquestionable! The problem is that the prices on the menu are not updated and you find yourself paying at least 30% more to avoid arguments with the owner of what is still a trattoria with restaurant prices
