18/03/2025: Unquestionable delights and freshness

16/03/2025: I didn't like it. The price paid was not justified by what we were offered and what we ate. The menu they presented to us was sparse (photo), few options, and the prices are high. We took: a good but overpriced seafood starter; Ground appetizer: small quantity and variety. Orecchiette with Bolognese ragù: very little ground meat in the sauce, and industrial pasta. Troccoli seafood: the fruits were only clams (Philippines), whoever ate it didn't like it. Trenette scampi and wild asparagus: and, logically, wild asparagus was not available. Mixed grilled fish: little variety on the plate. Fried calamari: too greasy. Mixed grilled meat: only one sausage, two pieces of lamb (inedible), a small pork steak. When asked by the kind waiters if everything is fine, what do you want to answer? That you didn't like anything and could pass for the one who is cleverly looking for a discount? Answer everything ok, pay (a lot), and never go back again. I do not recommend.

12/04/2025: Very slow service, food ok but nothing special, zero care for the customer (we took the menus ourselves, no one asked us anything the whole time and the starter arrived after the main courses). Decent food but I don't recommend

05/04/2025: Good pizza but in the early evening we waited more than an hour to eat. We were still eating and a waitress took our plates away without even asking. Invest in the most efficient and fastest staff who make the difference.

11/02/2025: The pizza was very good. The price was slightly high but acceptable considering the prices in the surrounding area. The waitress was fast and professional. The room is small and very homely, perhaps typical.

19/10/2024: Le pizze sono ottime ed assortite; cotte in forno a legna. La pampanella, solo per veri conoscitori, è buona sia impiattata sia sulla pizza. il periodo estivo è consigliabile la prenotazione.

21/08/2024: Those who are looking for silence and solitude, come here! There are only 4 rooms in the tower! Excellent breakfasts, not only croissants and coffee, but also juices, jams, pastes in individual packaging, also yogurt, and even an omelet! I would like to note that such breakfasts are rare in Italy! There were also shampoos and soaps in individual packages in the room! The location of the castle allows you to reach the sea in 30 minutes along a picturesque road! Be sure to visit the town nearby Carpino, 10 minutes from the tower. And if dinner in the tower seems expensive to you, go to the city; there is a wonderful butcher shop where they make dinner in the evening.

12/08/2024: Very warm welcome by Lucia. The agriturismo is simply magnificent. It has been redone while respecting the authenticity of the place. The room where meals are taken is simply impressive, it is under a vault and all in white stone. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I recommend that you eat Nona’s delicious dishes 😍 This place is perfect for a total change of scenery....

08/03/2025: Gegè è “The Best”, ho scritto come promesso a Gegè. Ma non solo per questo. Lo È davvero. Posto top, persona top, cibo top, vino top. Solo, la prossima volta un rosso un po’ più giovane, Gegè. Sai com’è. 😉

05/01/2025: Prezzi davvero esagerati per dei piatti mediocri. All’esterno c’è un’insegna che testimonia la sua presenza sulla guida Michelin. Consiglierei ai responsabili della guida di rivedere i loro giudizi. Coperto 4€, una bottiglia di acqua 5 €, 9 € un misero calice di nero di Troia, considerate che si tratta di un vino che nei supermercati costa da 5 a max 8 € a bottiglia. Gege’, il ristoratore, fa il simpatico ma ti frega con simpatia . Non ci tornerò più.

06/04/2025: If you are looking for a particular or refined culinary experience, this is not the right place. Good food but in my opinion (and that of my partner) nothing more than a good Apulian restaurant. Positive point for the service: the courtesy in the welcome was excellent. I would have preferred more of a story told upon the arrival of each dish (which is what is done in this type of restaurant) rather than just a list of ingredients. I wouldn't go back.

15/01/2025: I had dinner there on New Year's Eve. The menu included both fish and meat. Each dish was accompanied by careful explanations: wonderfully plated and with an excellent, particular and refined taste. The accompanying drinks were also very good.

13/11/2024: Due to a train delay, I had to wait for the next connection. I took the opportunity to eat something. Excellent sandwiches and pizza 🍕. Kindness and friendliness of the lady.

21/01/2025: We ordered the chips with cheese center but; only the first layer was cooked, the second the chips were not cooked and in the third they were still frozen! (cold and hard)

26/12/2024: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietario gentilissimo e simpatico come tutto lo staff. Ogni volta non delude mai. Perfetto!

04/04/2025: Encontranos este restaurante al lado de la iglesia de Padre Pio y nos decantamos por el menu del dia,el comedor es muy amplio y bonito,con ventanales que dan al panorama desde arriba,no gustó mucho. Mi marido yo salimos satisfrchos con la comida,la relación calidad precio es muy buena,el servicio atento y amable,sin duda lo recomendamos y volveriamos!
