29/07/2025: Disappointing to say the least, limited(²) choice, and elaborate, the menu hard to understand despite the variety displayed online. Lesinara tradition is sparse, improvisational. Overall, nothing special that we couldn't routinely cook at home for those of us in Gargano. Good friendliness, good speed, excellent view and panorama. SALTY AND SPICY FINAL BILL!!!! (€209.00 for 4 people with COMMON portions and specials: cover charge €8; 2 liters of water €5; Falanghina wine €16; 3 light, reheated appetizers €48; 4 first courses of "dosghetti" (typical pasta) with mussels or clams €64; 2 second courses including octopus tentacles and a mixed fried dish with little variety €40; 1 second course of grey mullet in sauce €22; 1 dessert, 1 liqueur, 2 coffees €6; plus 10% VAT). I won't try it again and I don't recommend it. Unlike traditional seaside restaurants, or perhaps even lakeside ones with a different tradition, they offer more variety in both quality and quantity. 29/08/2025: An unpleasant evening, both in terms of food and service. We had to call the Carabinieri because, after politely explaining that we didn't enjoy the dinner, the owner deliberately filmed us twice. We clearly said we didn't like it, and he refused to delete the videos.

29/08/2025: They took me to this restaurant because they said they served fish. If by fish you mean prawns (€10 per kg) or frozen cuttlefish, then this is the place for you. The restaurant was founded in 1966 and the menu hasn't changed much in all these years. I really don't understand how this place can continue, despite the truly excellent restaurants in the Foggia area. The final twist was that, after we apologized for the crying child, they also said that's not the way to do things, thus making it clear to us that we weren't welcome. They said I had to either quiet my child or sit him in front of the smartphone to calm him down. Besides, there was a family of their relatives at the table inside with two children with their phones in their hands. I'm sorry, but I try to limit smartphone use to a 20-month-old child at all costs. In my opinion, when you no longer feel like working, it's better to stay home.

28/05/2025: A beautiful dinner in an elegant and relaxing environment, far from the chaos that now prevails in any restaurant on a Saturday evening. Elegant dishes with excellent raw materials, of the highest quality, the menu is concentrated on a few courses but elaborated at the highest levels of cuisine. Recommended for candlelit dinners, or with small groups of friends, also because the vast choice of wine and other alcohol can make you spend a superlative evening!!! Excellent, from all points of view, I would only give a little advice: coffee should always be there after dinner! For the rest, everything perfect!

18/05/2025: Uva rara is a special place, a rare pearl in the Foggia panorama, a bit of a wine shop, a bit of a restaurant, both high-level things. The interior of the place is a living room, it has a cozy and serene atmosphere, informal and well-kept. The food is very good, both cold and hot dishes, with uncommon choices (the anchovies with Saint Marcellino are worth trying, the pork belly as well). The drinks are equally good, with excellent bottles (and not just wine, but also spirits and cocktails), and with staff who know how to help you in your choice and dedicate time to you. People are the secret ingredient of the place, once you get in tune it's like going to dinner with friends.

29/03/2025: Classic local pizzeria, without a particular identity, very standard in decor, too behind the times. The dishes are also acceptable, we should work a little more on the pizza dough, to give it a touch of personality. Recommended if you have no alternatives in the area, in a group with friends it is more suitable.

20/03/2025: Quiet midweek evening, non-noisy environment, friendly staff. The owner is a person from another era. A gentleman. Highly recommended.

10/08/2025: A charming place, run by people with a rare hospitality in Gargano. Polite, smiling, and kind in every way. Some aspects of the food could definitely be improved, including ice cream and snacks, which are highly sought after by the sea. For the rest, only compliments.

03/09/2025: A mid-range hotel, about 1.5 km from the Bagnoli train station. In the summer, trains from Naples no longer stop in Bagnoli after about 10:30 PM, so unless you plan to return home early from the evening, the hotel's location becomes impractical. The rooms are very spacious, and the furnishings are a unique blend of antique and modern. The bathroom is also large, but there are some details that could be improved. The bidet is small and shallow, making it a bit uncomfortable. A toilet brush was missing. The air conditioning is centralized, but it's not very efficient; to get a decent temperature, you have to set it to 19°C, and it takes a long time to cool down. Furthermore, the ventilation is quite noisy. Breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor, which is a shame, considering the building has a splendid terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples. Breakfast isn't very varied, and the service is sometimes inattentive; One morning, I received a cappuccino partially spilled on the saucer. The yogurt was low-fat, and there were few salty foods.
