12/03/2026: I'm talking about the location on Corso Garibaldi, a bar I frequent often...but it only works when the owner is there! Today, for example, she wasn't there, and the staff couldn't care less about taking orders at the tables; they were just watching and talking to each other, but no one was coming! Incidentally, I was sitting outside at the tables with a friend, then I went inside, but nothing happened. We were annoyed and went elsewhere! I repeat, it works great when the owner is there.

15/10/2025: We were at this place yesterday for the all-you-can-eat meat deal. An experience to forget. We sat down at 9:30 and ordered, keeping in mind that the waiter told us that the dishes all come out at once and that you can place more than one order, so we held off. After an hour, after asking the waiter if it would take much longer for the fries and the fried food, the first croquettes came out (we hadn't ordered some portions, but we were hungry and started eating). Another half hour passed, so it was 11:00. We asked if it would take much longer for the fries and the dog (I remember that you pay 23 euros for an all-you-can-eat meat dish) (which is not an all-you-can-eat meat dish, there's only hamburger, shank, and pulled pork, but let's move on). He told us that everything was coming out. We waited again, it was 11:30, which the waiter told us if we wanted to order anything else, that the kitchen was about to close. I pointed out to him that we hadn't received anything yet, only potato croquettes and 5 pulled pork meatballs. (Which, by the way, we had ordered more). We were told that given the Unexpectedly, we had a little more time to order more. Another 10 minutes passed, so we decided to add the last ones so that at least everything would arrive at once. We called the waiter (11:45) and asked for two more burgers. We were told the kitchen was closed, and shortly after, our order arrived, not even fully filled, as the arrosticini were also missing. Result We spent 23 euros on an all-you-can-eat meat order, which isn't an all-you-can-eat meat order, but on fried foods and sandwiches like hamburgers. We ate at 11:45, and besides, what they were saying was that some items arrived without being ordered, and others that were ordered never arrived. Perhaps more than an all-you-can-eat order, it's about making the customer wait, making them spend money on drinks, and trying to bring as little as possible, and above all, only one course. Terrible experience. We work in the restaurant business and are familiar with the preparation times. For some fried foods and a few burgers, those aren't the waiting times at all. It's more of a way to get people to eat less and spend a lot. I don't recommend it (the two stars are only for the quality of the pulled meatballs, which are good).

05/10/2025: The best place in Foggia for meat sandwiches and alternative fried foods. The quality is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, the meat tastes great, and they always cook it to perfection. The staff is super clean and the service is top notch!

I've had the opportunity to try both the panzerotti shop and the restaurant, and each time the experience has been exceptional. The panzerotti are simply spectacular: perfectly cooked, with very little oil and a generous filling that allows you to fully savor them. The variety is incredible, with always well-chosen ingredients and surprising combinations, making every bite a true delight. The restaurant, which I've tried for both lunch and dinner, never disappoints. From appetizers to desserts, every course is carefully prepared, flavorful, and capable of surprising you with its quality and authenticity. The staff and the owner are friendly, kind, and always available, ready to offer advice and make the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is very well laid out: the main section is located on a small balcony overlooking the splendid view of Mattinata, with the sea visible in the distance, making summer dinners unforgettable. There's also a small indoor dining room, perfect for those seeking a more intimate atmosphere, and the overall design is tastefully crafted, simple yet elegant, enhancing the experience without being invasive. In short, Gli Artigiani del Gusto is one of those places that stays in your heart: quality, authentic flavors, a unique view, and a family-like welcome that always makes you feel at home. Every time I return, I leave satisfied and certain I'll be back again. Highly recommended, especially if you love panzerotti and authentic seafood! 🥟🍝🌊

18/04/2026: Bad experience. We arrived at 9:00 PM and ordered two pizzas. While waiting, we ate a portion of fries. After about two hours, we asked for the pizza times. When we received no response, we decided to leave. At the cashier, we were told that our pizza order hadn't been placed, so we decided to pay for the order and leave. Bad experience.

08/04/2026: I had lunch at the Buongustaio restaurant and pizzeria in Ortanova (Foggia). What can I say? I had my doubts, but I had a great time. The atmosphere was nice and bright, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back.

17/01/2026: Good appetizers, and I must say the meat was excellent. I had the peppered fillet, and it was truly tender and tasty (though I asked for it to be medium rare, and it was a bit overcooked for my taste). Excellent service, and the staff were very friendly. It's a shame the desserts weren't very varied. I'll definitely be back.

12/04/2026: We stopped by this place with friends, and I have to say we were very pleased because the fried food was very good and you could taste the fresh fish. I had the mixed fried fish, shrimp, octopus, calamari, and cod, then two portions of fried potatoes and a few other seafood appetizers in the center of the table... very fair and affordable prices... see you next time.
