From the environment, recently renovated, cozy, in a historic building and with an imposing new oven which from the center acts as a stage for the chef's creativity as if it were the stage for a DJ. But above all for pizza, dough that perfectly combines crunchiness and softness. Perfect cooking. Tasty with abundant, excellent quality ingredients... from local mozzarella to home-produced oil. Honest prices. We suggest going there to enjoy the show.

01/06/2025: Sono stato in questo luogo per una cena di famiglia di 6 persone. Cominciamo dal fatto che anche se abbiamo prenotato (di persona) siamo dovuti rimanere fuori 10 min perché scaricando la colpa su un cameriere ci dicono che c’è stato un problema di comunicazione. Una volta entrati ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo dove stavamo veramente stretti, dopodiché abbiamo chiesto i menu’ che non arrivavano, qualche consiglio su quest’ultimo che non c’e’ stato dato. Arriva L’Acqua, non a temperatura ambiente ma buona per calare la pasta… Iniziamo a vedere i primi cenni non proprio positivi, ma speravamo andasse meglio. Abbiamo atteso veramente tanto . Li abbiamo iniziato a capire perché il locale si chiamasse “I Santi” perché veramente l’invochi tutti (e hai tempo di farlo) per sperare che arrivi il cibo a tavola. Dopo almeno 45 min che arrivano le portate (ma non tutte) ovvero 3 pizze e 1 mix di carne, l’altro mix arriva dopo ulteriori 10 min. Una volta arrivato a tavola il tutto speravamo vivamente nella qualità del cibo, ma purtroppo era peggio del servizio, qualità veramente pessima prodotti che sembravano tutta roba inscatolata (o forse lo erano). Ad un certo punto se ci serviva qualcosa evitavamo di chiedere per il trauma di dover attendere. Alla fine abbiamo atteso a lungo anche per ricevere il conto e pagarlo e quando dico a lungo intendo veramente a lungo. Veramente non lo consiglio, soprattutto perché credo che non sia stato un caso ma è proprio cosi’ in generale, infatti non eravamo l’unico tavolo ad avere questi inconvenienti.

11/04/2025: The Gargano at the top of the national and international tourist destinations made me discover the Villa Costanza farmhouse in Carpino. Without a doubt the "Location" is worth mentioning for the quality/price ratio regarding the cuisine, the staff (with the "Bel Antonio) friendly and ready to solve any problem in an atmosphere of serene tranquility.

18/11/2024: Be careful, they don't bring menus, they do everything verbally and they don't tell you the prices. First of all, it is a place not suitable for people with celiac disease: when I arrived the waiter didn't know the difference between intolerance and celiac disease, they asked me what I could eat. They ventured out by bringing me packaged mushrooms served on a plate (hoping they read whether I could eat them or not). Then they served me gluten-free bread with cheese and, again, I don't know if it was gluten-free (confirmed by the manufacturing company on the label, because some cheeses are not gluten-free). I personally couldn't eat anything else because unfortunately the waiter brought bread with gluten on top of the cured meats, contaminating everything, but the nice thing was that he told me that the cured meats were created gluten-free and I could eat them. There were 6 of us, they brought us appetizers for 3 people instead of everyone and they forgot to serve us the fish first course, immediately serving us the fried fish in very small portions. So appetizer for 3 people, plus a meager fry for 6, plus 7 desserts cost me €270. At the time of payment I ask for clarification for such a high bill and they reply that gluten-free flour for frying is expensive and luckily the first ones hadn't arrived. I advise celiacs to bring flour from home and supply it to the restaurant, otherwise they will slaughter you.

Lo conosciamo da tantissimi anni e ogni volta che da Varese andiamo da nostro figlio e la sua compagna a Pescara ci andiamo per un pranzo anche se sono 2,5h di viaggio. I gestori sono alla mano, disponibili, gentilissimi e il cibo..... Che dire genuino e buonissimo. E la vista meravigliosa su Peschici. Lo consigliamo. Chiara Gianni Luca Federica.

23/01/2025: Decidiamo di festeggiare in questa grotta dove tutto sembrava una magia dalla scenografia al cibo decantato quando stipulammo il menu. Servizio non adatto alla festa,per il cibo posso solo dire che non mai mangiato cosi male partendo dalla A alla Z. Vergognoso mai sentita così umiliata,partendo dai bambini che presero pizza ma quale pizza ,era una soletta congelata . Partendo dagli antipasti e finendo alla carne uno schifo totale, tutti hanno lasciato le portate quasi piene,altri mangiavano solo per fame . L'unica nota positiva era la torta portata da noi. Chiediamo alla responsabile come mai la roba era di cattivo gusto e facendo presente che tutti si erano lamentati. La risposta è stata: non so ,ma noi abbiamo tutto fresco. Di fresco c'era solo la Torta portata da noi. Ps spero di cuore che quando capiterete ad una festa al di fuori del vostro locale vi faranno mangiare le stesse portate "FRESCHE "che ci avete rifilato.
