Not only did we enjoy delicious pizzas, prepared with great care and using quality ingredients, but we were also impressed by the attentive and friendly service. The waiters were extremely kind, professional, and always smiling: quick without ever being rushed, attentive without ever being intrusive. The location is truly enchanting, with meticulous attention to detail and a truly captivating experience that goes beyond simply "eating pizza." It's a place where you feel welcomed and pampered, and this is thanks to the passion and commitment evident in every gesture of the staff. 25/08/2025: *Terrible experience.* Interminable wait times: at the *same table, we ate half an hour apart*. The service was disorganized and unfriendly. The *food was disappointing*: the "seafood risotto" seemed boiled, flavorless, and with *obviously frozen seafood*. The *fried seafood was a greasy, soggy mush*, absolutely not up to par. Not recommended, won't return.

02/08/2025: If you're looking for a simple evening out but still want a good slice of pizza, I highly recommend trying Michele's pizza. The owner is gruff, but only on the surface. I went there a few nights ago while I was in the beautiful San Giovanni Rotondo, and we took the opportunity to order some and eat it at my in-laws' house. My favorite is the paesana, but the other flavors are also good, like the spicy salami one. The panzerotti are excellent, and the "cavicione" is delicious, especially if made with local onions (definitely worth trying). Prices are fair and in line with the local average. They've become a regular stop for me every time I'm in Puglia. Well done!

08/09/2025: Both the food and the service, in my opinion, need a rethink. Out of five people at the table, four of us didn't have the best stomachs; we started feeling strangely bloated right after the appetizer. The first courses were rather disappointing. Luckily, we didn't order a second course, but we did move on to dessert, and it would have been better to skip that too. I tried the three-chocolate cake, and it was all dried up on the sides, as if it had been cut a long time ago. When it came time to pay, we also asked for ice cream for the child, and a mini croissant was charged €4. So, for €140 spent, and the food was bad, we had to complain and be told we couldn't expect much since we hadn't had a full meal. Well, besides, if the service had been more attentive, coming at least as little as possible to our table, perhaps we would have tried something else. But better not. So I absolutely don't recommend it.

11/07/2025: A good place to buy rustic products and pizza (not as good as the rustici). The place is really small and often crowded given the quality. Everything is very good, but not excellent. The owners are very kind.

16/08/2025: We spent August 15th with them. It's a very quiet place for those who need to get away and truly relax. There's background music. Clean, fragrant rooms. Secure parking. 07/09/2025: Last night I ordered a 14-piece pizza platter plus fries for a total of €30. However, the pizza was inedible; when I got home it was already cold and hard, not to mention the crudaiola...which was completely cooked and had nothing raw...thanks, but I won't be going back...
