30/01/2025: The restaurant was suggested to me by a friend, in the villages it is difficult to find restaurants open after 1.40pm. the restaurant is nice and welcoming, clean bathrooms, for me a sign of respect for customers. The very kind waiter suggested various dishes but I chose the seafood-based menu of the day. Very good starter and everything of high quality, I come from a seaside town and I'm quite demanding. Everything was excellent, the roasted and fried octopus, the fresh salmon marinated at home and the cuttlefish tagliatelle, even the prawn was of high quality, the seaweed meatball was very tasty. The very well served risotto was well matched with prawns but, in my opinion, it exaggerated with the lemon, in fact in the places where the lemon pulp was absent the risotto was much better. The second course, a roast of prawns, was more than satisfactory. A small note on the oil used to dress the salad, I don't think it was local, the oil from the province of Foggia and Torremaggiore have much better oils. Closing with coffee and meringue both perfect. I consider the restaurant to be of a good standard in terms of raw materials and courtesy. Requested invoice done without batting an eyelid. Advised . Sorry, I forgot the bread...we are in Puglia...Excellent.

01/09/2024: Wonderful weekend spent thanks to word of mouth from a friend. Very nice and comfortable structure, spartan room with an excellent sea view and carefully clean rooms and services equipped with all comforts. Friendly and very kind staff, above all attentive to the needs of the guests. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner in their restaurant, Chef Daniele will be able to delight even the most demanding and refined palates. I recommend this structure, without fear of any contradiction.

It's a bit characteristic of Lucera.

20/03/2025: The staff is always friendly and helpful, some have been working here for many years. The tables today, May 1st, were set outside under the porticos. We had lunch without booking but they asked us if we could finish by 2pm, because there were bookings. Anyway, an hour and a half for lunch is more than enough. The food was all good and the pizza too. Average to high price. PS 03/16/25 On Sunday I celebrated my birthday with a pizza tour...... everything ok I was very happy even when I paid the bill.....table of ten people. Table area a bit narrow. Nothing to say about the very friendly staff. I had already done the math even though in addition to the pizza we consumed 4 beers, 5 bottles of water, two glasses of prosecco and the rest 4 canned drinks plus the cake service brought by me and a normal bottle of sparkling wine........140 euros just for liquids seems a bit excessive to me.........and I would have appreciated at least 1 euro for typing the receipt.............I won't say anything else.

25/12/2024: This place oozes with its owner's personality. Paola knows how to make you feel at home like few others, she is a cultural point of reference in the city. Musical evenings and themed dinner events are regular. The off space is a safe meeting place.

27/12/2024: Ieri Santo Stefano siamo stati in questo ristorante per il compleanni di mio padre tutta la famiglia 10 persone. Abbiamo mangiato discretamente e francamente il prezzo non giustifica ciò che ci è stato servito … tuttavia niente male. Nota dolente di questo locale sono i proprietari altezzosi arroganti sgarbati puntigliosi e bugiardi … partiamo col dire che per un ritardo di 20 minuti siamo stati aggrediti (quando in tutti i ristoranti c’è una tollerabilità di almeno 30 minuti… sconcertante!… a tutti può capitare un imprevisto e il nostro è stato quello di non riuscire a raggiungere il locale dato che le vie intorno al locale erano in manutenzione e per arrivarci abbiamo dovuto fare slalom tra le viuzze disastrate con i cantieri aperti… lo sgarbo ogni oltre cosa è avvenuto quando la proprietaria avendo visto che avevamo un piccolo cagnolino maltese ci ha praticamente intimato di andare via perché non accettano i cani che arrecano disturbo agli altri(non so per quale motivo)manco fosse un cavallo! Il punto è che al momento della prenotazione (del cane) era stato fatto presente e avevano risposto che non c’era alcun problema… non sanno cosa dicono e non si confrontano neanche tra di loro i proprietari😬… alla fine malvolentieri siamo rimasti con il malcontento generale dato che ci hanno trattato come se ci avevano fatto un piacere a farci restare!… vergognoso!!!… eravamo solo 3 tavoli e devono baciare per terra dato che grazie anche a noi hanno guadagnato qualcosa!… 512 euro assolutamente non giustificati …. Mai più!

02/11/2024: The restaurant is located in an old hunting lodge of Frederick II, renovated while maintaining its old appearance. We had dinner for our anniversary and I must say with great surprise, it was the first time, we found an unusual welcome, they made us find a beautiful table decorated for the occasion, much appreciated. Michele, the owner, in addition to telling us the history of the restaurant, illustrated all the courses, an added value to the location and the menu. Excellent dishes, prepared with care and with quality raw materials, also excellent advice on what to choose to drink, finally the unexpected surprise, a cake prepared for our occasion, kindly offered, what can I say, all good, well done to Michele and his wife, we will definitely return.

07/10/2024: Scoperto per caso e provato una domenica a pranzo. Accoglienza professionale e cordiale, servizio attento e curato nei dettagli (raramente ho visto usare i guanti per apparecchiare le posate), bella la sala. La varietà del menù è contenuta ma ho trovato gli gli ingredienti di qualità e cucinati con cura e originalità: ottimi i miei tagliolini con burro affumicato, limone e gamberi. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Da ritornarci la prossima volta che sarò ad Apricena.
