Attività che ha fatto la storia della ristorazione a Torremaggiore. Proprietario gentile e cordiale . Personale anche troppo presente . Pizza eccellente. Consigliato soprattutto il sabato sera , perché accompagnati da musica dal vivo . Prezzi onesti. Consigliato!

12/09/2024: ho cenato da acapulco scegliendo il piatto del giorno consigliato dallo chef. credo fossero ravioli (non vorrei sbagliarmi) ripieni di ricotta e spinaci accompagnati da gamberetti e da una MERAVIGLIOSA crema di zucca. la mia scarpetta a fine cena ha dato dimostrazione della vera bontà del piatto☺️

12/09/2024: Ogni volta che siamo in zona torniamo al ranch. Sempre tutto ottimo e accoglienza al top. Fra una portata e l'altra si possono osservare le tattiche di caccia dei gechi. Spettacolare! Gentilissimi i gestori. Consigliatissimo.

05/09/2024: Locale pessimo qualità cibo non ne parliamo nemmeno sennò farei fallire il locale, tutto pessimo e vomitevole l'ambiente è l'unica cosa dignitosa il resto faceva altamente schifo, esperienza da non provare voto 1 stella anche troppo

23/08/2024: Locale fantastico con vista eccezionale sulla baia di Peschici. Buon Vibo, molto curato ma troppo lunghi nel sevire: l'antipasto è arrivato dopo un ora di attesa... Mi sembra eccessivo!!

12/06/2024: Locale che sicuramente offre buoni piatti e ricercatezza (anche se non sempre riuscita ,vedi il carpaccio di capasanta, costosissimo e a mio avviso molto poco gustoso a malapena definibile gradevole) ma il conto è davvero abnorme anche per ciò che viene offerto che resta comunque di buona qualità.peccato

21/08/2024: Nice environment but the cuisine is not up to par, the stuffed mussels as they can be called tasted only of bread, the octopus rubbery, the seafood risotto tasted of nothing because the fish was all frozen, the fried calamari rubbery , the spaghetti with clams had no flavour, the watermelon was old and soft and they brought it to us in a dish with water and ice to disguise the quality of the watermelon

18/08/2024: The place is cute, it has many choices of where to eat, it's a shame about the fish, which although good is cleaned badly, if not cleaned at all. Unfortunately there was a lot of sand in the risotto and completely dirty prawns during the frying and in some cuttlefish the internal bone was also present. Furthermore, at a table with 4 first courses, none of us managed to eat at the same time as the other. Furthermore, we went for the famous paposce, but it wasn't written anywhere that they were not made at lunch, when in my opinion it should be specified.

26/08/2024: Personale maleducato e arrogante. Pessima organizzazione soprattutto il ervizio ai tavoli. Prezzi che cambiano in base all'umore della cassiera. Lo sconsiglio.

11/12/2024: Restaurant in the streets of the historic center of Sant'Agata. A single internal room with stone walls already conveys that touch of traditionality that the cuisine also expresses. The prices are quite reasonable, considering that both the first and second courses cost from 10 euros down, for a 50 euro dinner for 2. We consumed: -1 mixed platter + vegetables in oil (mortadella, Milano salami and ventricina prevailed on the platter) -lamb ribs - grilled caciocavallo -mashed broad beans and chicory -2 liters of house wine -2 coffees Apart from the platter (in which mortadella, Milano salami and ventricina were prevalent, not really up my alley), everything was very good. I would go back to try the first courses too, the slightly more traditional ones. Of note, the bathroom was very clean.

31/07/2024: La location,seppur sul lungo mare,lascia molto a desiderare,ma il personale e' molto cordiale e disponibile e il servizio abbastanza veloce.La consigliamo vivamente!Eravamo 15 amici e ce lo hanno indicato persone locali.Abbiamo ordinato quasi tutti la pizza ,ci siamo trovati tutti daccordo che una qualita' cosi' e' davvero difficile trovarla...una delle pizze piu' buone che abbiamo mai mangiato!!Per quanto riguarda i 2 primi di pesce,purtroppo, non possiamo dire lo stesso.Prezzi onesti .

08/12/2024: I had the pleasure of dining in this fantastic grill in Foggia and I can only highly recommend it! The main dish was a spectacular 70cm skewer, a triumph of goodness that delighted our every sense (you can find it on the menu). I didn't have time to photograph it in full because I was too hungry. The meat, expertly grilled, was tender, succulent and tasty. The side dishes are no less important: from fresh vegetables to crunchy and tasty potatoes. The staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a family atmosphere that made us feel at home. If you are looking for a place to taste quality meat and enjoy an evening of good food, this grill is an obligatory stop. Compliments!

08/12/2024: Excellent experience for meat lovers! I had the pleasure of dining at Carboni Ardenti and I can say that it was a memorable experience. The quality of the meat is extraordinary: selected cuts and perfect cooking, executed with skill. I tasted the veal and was struck by the tenderness and intense flavour, certainly the result of a very high quality raw material. The menu offers a wide choice, even with options for those who prefer something other than meat, such as side dishes and fresh starters. Worthy of note are the grilled vegetables, they are local...the "real" km 0. The environment is welcoming, rustic but with attention to detail, ideal for a relaxing evening in company. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the best cut of meat based on personal tastes. The owner is a delightful and kind person with all his customers. The prices are fair, considering the quality of the food and the impeccable service. I highly recommend Carboni Ardenti to anyone who wants to enjoy exceptional meat in a pleasant atmosphere.
