01/06/2025: I just had lunch at this restaurant and I can say it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is kind, helpful, and satisfied our every request. The food is excellent, a perfect place for lunch or dinner with friends. Highly recommended!

27/04/2025: It is a good restaurant and an excellent pizzeria. Large and spacious room. Ideal for parties of various types from birthdays to graduations, passing through all other occasions, including beautiful evenings with friends or with whoever you wish. I've been there more than once and I must say that I always enjoyed it. Nothing negative. It would be better to go during the week. Quite crowded on weekends.

06/06/2025: They tell you they make you pasta alla norma but it's a normal sauce in which maybe an eggplant has swum. They tell you they make you lemon meatballs but you don't know what they really are. Better they change jobs...

The menu is refined, with creative dishes and quality products. The owners are very competent, professional, friendly and always available, ready to respond to the customer's needs and to advise. A real added value, which makes this place truly special. If you are looking for a place to eat well and feel at home, Il Carbonaio is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to everyone!

18/05/2025: Every time I return to "Al Carbonaio" it is a heart-warming experience. The staff is extremely professional and always friendly, able to make you feel at ease from the first moment. The atmosphere is intimate, familiar and well-kept. The owners, Ciro and Gina, are wonderful people: passionate, welcoming and always careful to guarantee the best to those who sit at their tables. And the food? A guarantee. Whatever you choose from the menu is superb, from appetizers to pizza, from first courses to second courses. Everything is prepared with quality ingredients and great care. There is also great attention to gluten-free: those with special dietary needs feel welcomed and protected, without ever giving up taste and variety. The selection of wines is wide and well-curated, as is the selection of desserts, which always end the meal in style. Another strong point is the menu, always refined and constantly evolving: it changes every three-four months, always offering new proposals to those who love to return often. 21/05/2025: You were one of my favorite bakeries, you made delicious chocolate zampone, but now it's been a while that every time I take a zampone it's either burnt or empty today it happened to me that it tasted of black cherry and was soft as if it were a bit old. I don't know if you've changed bakeries but I recommend changing as soon as possible.

04/05/2025: Troppo caro il prezzo e le pizze non il massimo. Dopo una lunga attesa ci hanno dato un tavolo in pieno centro sala com climatizzatore che dava in testa e alla pancia con il freddo e non ci hanno voluto spostare né spegnere il climatizzatore. Non ci tornerei volentieri
