07/09/2025: A charming place with a charming atmosphere. We had a Sunday lunch featuring fish. The food was excellent, especially the gluten-free options, with practically everything available, including desserts. The service was very helpful and friendly.

07/09/2025: Nice place and delicious desserts, but the blonde waitress who served us was incredibly rude. I cleared the table myself (which she should have done) just to please her, and she didn't even bother to thank me with a smile. I asked another question, asking where the bathroom was, and she answered rudely, almost annoyed, who knows.

01/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm from Romagna, the land of hospitality par excellence. I have relatives in Manfredonia and I was born there. We arrive at this place, where two long faces welcome us, we ask to be able to sit down and they start by saying "look at the menu first and then you can sit down". I've never experienced anything like this before and I go around restaurants a lot. So we sit down because I was terribly hungry. On the menu I read ANGUS HAMBURGER. Well, I expect a sandwich since in the sandwich section the hamburger name is the same. I get a Swiss steak with a little rocket and some chopped tomatoes without seasoning, two of a kind of potato boats. I try the Swiss, dry as few things in this world, I ask for two sauces to wash it down, and the waitress, very annoyed, brings me two tiny bowls with mayonnaise and ketchup. So, first of all, if it was truly Black Angus, you let me choose how to cook the meat, not decide it voluntarily, and above all, don't look annoyed if the two people with me only wanted two beers and fries. In conclusion, my expectations were high since I had looked for it days before and was excited to try it, but as they teach us in Romagna, 1. a smile is fundamental 2. the customer is sacred 3. stay home if you don't want to work 4. don't open a restaurant if you don't know how to manage it. AN EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, EVER AGAIN.

11/08/2025: I discovered Pizzeria Alfo' by chance, while looking for pizza alla vampa in the Manfredonia area. Over time, I've had the opportunity to try almost all their specialties, and they're all delicious. To say it's the best pizzeria in Manfredonia wouldn't do it justice. The quality of the ingredients, the deliciousness of the pizzas and focaccias, and especially the DELICIOUS pizza with spit-roasted chicken and potatoes has kept me coming back for years. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: Siamo stati a Elda per un pranzo in Foresta Umbra, esperienza meravigliosa! Cucina creativa con prodotti di qualità. Il servizio elegante e sempre con il sorriso. Conto nella media! Staff davvero competente, buona la carta dei vini, molti dei quali di produzione propria.

15/08/2025: We've been going to Anama Complex for years. The food has always been excellent, with generous appetizers and delicious dishes, always at low and competitive prices! Now that they've opened and renovated the New Maxi Hall, everything is truly even more wonderful and bright!! I recommend Anama Complex for any special event or just a family lunch. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. Well done!

11/10/2025: We had lunch at Hotel Vittoria and, as always, it was an excellent experience! The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the service is impeccable. We appreciated their friendliness from the moment we arrived: they let us park and use the restroom before returning for lunch, everything was perfectly organized. It's now a regular stop for us—every time a testament to the quality and hospitality.

06/10/2025: Yesterday, having arrived by car at the Padre Pio Shrine, we began to search for a parking lot. We soon found a very small (and full) lot. There, we met a gentleman who "advised" us to continue about 30 meters further and enter the (guarded!) parking lot of the Hotel Vittoria, on the condition, of course, that we stop for lunch (either directly or by advance reservation). He handed us a sort of flyer that, among other things, highlighted a set menu for €25. A little skeptical but enthusiastic about the parking lot located a few steps from the Shrine, rather than the menu (given the cost, it didn't bode well), we immediately accepted the offer. From there, it was a succession of pleasant surprises: - the kindness and friendliness of all the hotel staff, including those in the dining room; - the waiters were outnumbered by the number of tables (which we found were all occupied!), resulting in impeccable, attentive, and fast service; - simple yet varied, plentiful, and delicious dishes; - mineral water in a glass bottle (which we opened ourselves) and carafe wine, included in the price; - cleanliness in everything we saw. Furthermore, the facility has a convenient, free-standing external staircase or, alternatively, an elevator (for 50 cents) that leads directly to the street, saving those wishing to reach the Sanctuary a hundred meters or more of a steep and tiring climb. Practically everyone. This is fantastic! Last but not least, we left our car around 11:30 AM and picked it up at 6:00 PM with the facility's approval. Congratulations for the professionalism expressed in efficiency, quality, and the commendable honesty of the service.

12/04/2025: Di passaggio con le moto insieme ad un mio caro amico, abbiamo provato quedto bar - tavola calda e pasticceria. Abbiamo preso un caffè e un dolcetto al pistacchio: tutto molto buono e personale ( forse la proprietaria) molto gentile, simpatica e professionale. Il caffè davvero Top! Alla prossima sicuramente... Locale consigliato.

09/10/2025: The only customers, we ordered the fish menu accompanied by a half-gallon pitcher of local white wine. Frankly excellent and fresh. I can't comment on the service in peak season, but today, no complaints. And the limoncello, too, the first time in over two weeks in Puglia. Seated on the back terrace, quiet except for the kitchen fan.

14/08/2025: Terrible service. We ordered pizzas at 9:00 PM and they arrived at 10:30 PM. The fries still haven't arrived at 11:00 PM, when I'm writing this review. The pizza, by the way, wasn't even worth the wait. Other diners ordered various fish dishes, and some of them even complained that the fish wasn't clean and wasn't of the best quality. The only positive thing was the location. I have nothing to complain about that, but otherwise, I was completely disappointed.

04/08/2025: I celebrated my 50th birthday and was not at all satisfied! From the lousy seafood appetizer to the poor service! Seven waiters to serve 30 people! The tables were dirty from start to finish; we asked three waiters for water, and it arrived 30 minutes later. By the time the cake was served, the table was covered in dirty napkins, empty bottles, and sauce packets everywhere. When we asked for an explanation, we were told they were tired and that it can happen... 7 waiters and 50 people in the dining room, including a manager who didn't show up once to ask how the dinner was going. Terrible experience.

13/07/2025: 5 stars aren't enough! When you're in the Gargano, you can't miss this place. The seafood comes straight from the sea and onto your plate. The beautiful and welcoming atmosphere, and the friendliness and courtesy are what make this place so special.

26/05/2025: Entrare alla Cometa significa entrare in un ambiente familiare, accogliente, genuino. Il servizio è veloce e le pizze sono squisite. I proprietari, sempre sorridenti, mettono particolare attenzione sul servizio. Un piacere trovare rifugio alla Cometa ogni volta.

06/10/2025: Wahou! We had such a great stay at Daniela’s agriturismo. We felt like at home! We loved the quiet and natural spot, the history of the place, the values shared by this project, the food, the host recommendations and the special price for ciclists ;) we highly recommend this place
