25/08/2024: We went to Cirie' today....recommended by a friend, what can I tell you? HEAVENLY!!!!When the flavor of the fish is not covered by flavorings to camouflage, in my opinion 10 with praise and applause....truly congratulations! !! Paccheri with exceptional lobsters made really super super well... mouth-watering!!! WE WILL BE BACK. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

13/11/2024: It occurred to me that I had eaten at this restaurant on four occasions and hadn't posted a review. Perhaps this was down to the fact that a decent restaurant in Ostuni is a rarity, (so many being aimed at the tourist who would never return anyway) that perhaps, subconsciously, I was keen to keep this place as my little secret! However, that's scarcely fair is it? Anyway, in simple terms, it's a great place and an honest restaurant serving excellent food (and with a decent wine list as well). I have also looked at the criticisms of the place and would have to disagree. Obviously people can make mistakes and things can go wrong. Yes, the tables are a bit close together and you have to book early to get a position alongside the view ... but really, what's the big deal. At heart you have a couple trying hard to offer good food at a perfectly acceptable price and long may this continue. I will be back and I'm already looking forward to it.

08/11/2024: Una joya de un restaurante con una vista preciosa, tomamos una maravillosa clase de cocina donde hicimos la pasta de orecchiette regional. Los propietarios Alfonso y Adrianna son cálidos y amables, y fueron muy pacientes con nuestras habilidades tanto para hacer pasta y postre. Nos hicieron sentir como en familia e hicieron que la clase de cocina fuera muy divertida. Las salsas de pasta de Alfonso eran ligeras, llenas de rico sabor a tomate y bellamente presentadas. Recomiendo encarecidamente la clase de cocina y el restaurante.

19/08/2024: Guys, what can I say every time I go to Mesagne I always find characteristic places and the food is excellent everywhere. I ordered a slice of chicken which was really a lot of stuff I was hungry, I wasn't tempted by their piadina which is exceptional according to those who have tried it, which is why I have to go back. Friendly and quick staff, nice location and excellent prices I would say. I recommend it 👍🏽

31/08/2024: The restaurant is just below Ostuni and from there in the evening it is beautiful to see the city lit up. It is very beautiful both outside among the olive trees and inside among the ancient stone vaults. We took the house starter: 4 good and imaginative specialties. Amberjack with cherry tomatoes and ravioli were excellent, the white wine too (but there is also beer). Good service and average prices, not exaggerated.

27/08/2024: A lovely evening spent just outside of Ostuni - in fact nice not to have to worry about parking as the restaurant is set amongst the olives. Wonderful, creative menu and excellent service.

16/12/2024: First and also the last time Dec 2024 We had agreed on a menu of 35 euros per person for a dinner with colleagues. Starters, two first courses and mixed roast, sweet coffee and bitters. Measly appetizers (1 piece each with a serving of 6 dishes), two ground first courses made with the same pasta, divided into cups of 4 total spoons to be divided into 4 (therefore one spoon each) Orecchiette with turnip tops and orecchiette mushrooms and sausage. I kindly ask to have another portion as two out of 24 people present were left without even 1 spoonful of pasta but I was told that they had run out of turnip greens. (1.5 euros per kilo) roast with low quality meat, also insufficient to satisfy the request. To finish, an excellent homemade dessert, a piece of pandoro bought at the supermarket with an eggnog cream. Fortunately, however, the wine was there, of a different brand than the one agreed upon, obviously. The coffee was good, hard to go wrong with that one. All things considered, it was the first time I went there to eat, but it will also be the last. Furthermore, bringing 23 people will certainly not have been good publicity, but it is what it deserves. Absolutely avoid, a joke!

29/08/2024: We had dinner in this place with our family. For a mini fried starter each, 1 pizza to drink + coffee you need around €25 each. You spend much less elsewhere, so I won't return and I absolutely don't recommend it! You are in Mesagne, on a road with car smog, not by the sea!!

29/08/2024: We had dinner at this place on Monday 26 August. Good food. Improbable prices, to name one, 33cl beer €3.50. When at that price in other places you are served a 66cl beer. It should be considered that our saving, if we want to call it that, and that only in three of the diners they drank beer and coffee as can be clearly seen from the receipt (two 33 cl each) the first during a 45 minute wait and the other during consumption. If all the guests had consumed beer and a coffee at the end of dinner, we would have had to add around €60 to the bill. So, doing some calculations, for 2 croquettes each, 1 meatball and 10 chips (which by the way we ordered more fried because the portions were super small) 1 pizza, to drink + coffee, they are around €25 each. Therefore I will not return and do not recommend this place at all. You spend much less elsewhere!
