Fuori città, Fuori da tutti gli schemi, Fuori intenzioni del viandante che vorrebbe assaggiare delle cose ma ne mangia altre, Fuori misura perché le portate sono nu pochetto esagerate. Un po' sorpresa ed un po' disavventura. Un po' spettacolo un po' cibo di qualità. Insomma una esperienza del folclore culinario pugliese

Un posto speciale dove mangiare come a casa e senza fretta prodotti genuini e ben cucinati in un'atmosfera allegra e conviviale. Si mangia quello che lo chef propone ma c'è una varietà tale da accontentare tutti i gusti. Le tagliatelle al tartufo sono davvero indimenticabili come la qualità della frittura. Il pranzo poi trascorre piacevolmente tra musica, battute e un po' di show cooking. Un posto ottimo anche per i vegetariani grazie agli abbondanti antipasti di verdure e formaggi.
