13/03/2026: We were guests of Mr. Angelo a few weeks ago; our expectations were fully met, with perfect hospitality, service, and availability. We had three appetizers: stale bread meatballs with an extra portion ;), caponata, and fried cod... delicious; two first courses, pappardelle cardoncelli mushrooms and braised rabbit... EXCELLENT, and finally, dessert. The quality/price ratio was excellent. SEE YOU NEXT TIME!

10/02/2026: We stopped by this evening for takeaway pizzas. The servers were super friendly and welcoming; they offered us coffee. The service was truly excellent, and of course, the pizza was really good, with a light and delicious crust that wasn't greasy—just the way I like it. I wish the Brunda team all the best. We're continuing our journey to France!

30/09/2025: Agreed, pizza and beer for four, but well-made and served in record time despite the place being super busy (a sign of quality). The staff was attentive and helpful. We also asked for coffee at the end. When paying the bill, they told us the coffees were on us. Prices were average.

23/09/2025: Both the pizza and the restaurant, both delicious! We come at least twice every vacation! Friendly and polite staff, quick service, and prices in line with other local restaurants (actually, a little less).

22/03/2026: There are experiences that define your day, others your stay, and some your life. Palombara belongs to this last category. Everything about it is memorable: - the quality of the service - the kindness and warm energy of the staff - the beauty of the setting - the quality of the restaurant - the spa, perfectly equipped and nestled in a magnificent setting that blends seamlessly with the rest of the property. Finally, what stands out most is that everything is done to make you feel at home, and they succeed. Once settled in, it becomes very difficult to leave the Masseria. We had to resign ourselves to it, with a heavy heart.

22/03/2026: Masseria Palombara is heaven in Puglia. We stayed there in March 26, the weather was rainy and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to settle down for a few days. The staff is incredibly warm and thoughtful and the place is absolutely gorgeous. The interior design, wether of the room or of communal spaces, is full of taste, largely done with second hand furnitures yet feeling modern, with a perfectly well managed lighting and fireplaces everywhere (even in the spa!) crackling from early morning to late at night. I loved that the room didn’t have a TV, it felt very relaxing. The gardens are also beautiful (and must be quite something in the summer). The spa is well equipped and beautifully integrated in the facilities. It’s truly a place where you can spend time and relax. I loved the breakfast (not another buffet, at last!), and we didn’t bother have diner anywhere else because the evening menu is just as delicious. It was hard to leave, we’ve been gone for a few hours and miss it already. I hope that you’ll have a lovely stay there.

26/02/2026: A truly positive experience at this magical restaurant! All the dishes were exquisite and of excellent quality. Adequate portions. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were helpful and friendly. An impromptu birthday party for which they even provided candles, placed on a piece of delicious tiramisu. Excellent value with a welcome €9 discount. A wide variety of wines, kept at the perfect temperature. Highly recommended 💞💪🏼👏🏼👏🏼

12/03/2026: Fantastic Evening 🎉🎉🎉 I was here for dinner with friends and couldn't have chosen a better place to spend the evening. The food here is beyond reproach. I personally don't eat raw fish, but I tried it here and was very pleased. There were 7 of us and we were all happy. We had the pleasure of having Claudio (the proletarian) at the table with us at the end of the dinner, and he was great company (Thank you Claudio). Anyway, anyone passing through the area should feel free to stop and eat here, especially because the prices are really fair and many of us said, "We ate better here than at a restaurant by the sea."
