09/11/2025: Truly a focaccia boutique, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of products from focaccia to rotisserie and desserts.

The dishes are prepared with care and love, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the service is impeccable. If you're looking for a true taste of Puglia, this is the place. Reasonable prices and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: I pack up my bike and head inside. It's 1:30 PM, there's a lot of people, so the guy who welcomes me places me outside, but in the "most sheltered spot." A small, great touch of kindness. I love eating outside; for me, it's the authentic way to eat, especially in the South, with people passing by, birds singing, the breeze, and a beautiful church in the background. Excellent dish of "maritati" (traditional Italian pasta) with involtini al sugo (rolls with tomato sauce). But then again, when the father is in charge, the son is serving, and the mother is in the kitchen, you can never go wrong! Great selection of wines, which unfortunately I only admired considering the kilometers still to be cycled. Thank you so much; this is the Italy I'm looking for.
