The quality of the ingredients and, above all, the dough results in a pizza that's not only excellent but incredibly easy to digest. The attentive and welcoming staff, Piero and Martino, will make you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

I went there at least five times during my vacation. The service was very friendly and efficient. The wait for the food was always minimal. The atmosphere was cozy. And most importantly: the pizzas are sensational. Varied, delicious, and cooked in a beautiful wood-fired oven. Even the locals agree that this pizzeria is the best in town. Top-notch!

Without further ado: it's my favorite pizza! Delicious dough, top-quality ingredients, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely location in the historic center of Cisternino. The tiramisu and Sicilian cannoli are also delicious!

Excellent food Fair prices. Professional and friendly staff. NEO There's a sign outside that says: "More than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled." My question is: If more than an hour passes between ordering the pizzas and their arrival (assuming there's no rush), What should we have done? Cancel the bill?

03/05/2026: If you want to eat fish that truly tastes of the sea, this is the place. I had an octopus and shrimp appetizer that was out of this world: incredibly fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and a presentation that shows how much love they put into the kitchen. The octopus was incredibly tender and the shrimp were incredibly sweet. An experience that reconnects you with good food. Five well-deserved stars!
30/04/2026: Typical cuisine and a welcoming owner, we were with friends and had a great time, the staff were friendly and the food was quality.
