25/06/2025: Old-school place. That doesn't mean neglected. On the contrary! Very clean and tidy. Wide-ranging. Spaced tables. Typical Umbrian cuisine. I ordered a slice of veal, rare, with rocket and parmesan, mixed salad and roast potatoes. Really generous portions, abundant that satisfied my appetite. Discreet and fast service. Very honest bill. You can see that you put passion into what you do. Well done!

01/06/2025: Bad experience. We booked a table for 4 adults and 2 children and when we arrived at the place we were told that they do not check emails and therefore reservations made but only answer the phone. They sent us away without making us sit down and also with an arrogant attitude. With 2 small children who had to eat. Terrible.

07/08/2025: We visited this restaurant last night (August 6), encouraged both by word of mouth and the excellent reviews. The restaurant is located in the historic center, so parking may be a challenge. However, we were lucky: we found a paid spot about a hundred meters away. The restaurant appears to have been converted from what was probably a private home, so don't expect large reception rooms, but rather rooms adapted for the purpose, with tables set up wherever possible, including outside. Let's be clear: if you follow a specific diet or prefer à la carte dining, this might not be the right place. The menu is fixed, with no menu, and offers three options for 20, 25, or 30 euros, differing only in the number of courses (more or less starters and main courses). All menus start with 12 appetizers (yes, twelve!) offering a veritable array of typical Apulian dishes: dairy products, eggplant, zucchini, fava beans, capocollo... a journey through traditional flavors. Nothing like gourmet cuisine: here you dive into the past, into those genuine flavors reminiscent of Sunday lunches with your parents and grandmothers. It's true traditional Apulian cuisine, unfussy yet rich in authenticity. We chose the €20 menu, which included a second course, and opted for the mixed grill. Truth be told, we were already full after the appetizers, but with chicken livers, bombette, and the like... how could you say no? The price also includes water and, in our case, half a liter of local red wine. What more can I say, except that the welcome was exemplary? An experience we recommend to those seeking authentic flavors, generous portions, and a family atmosphere. It will be added to our list of restaurants to return to, perhaps for lunch :-)

09/08/2025: On Friday, August 8th, we dined at this splendid establishment. The atmosphere was welcoming and elegant, the staff friendly and helpful. We ordered appetizers and main courses, and each dish was a feast of colors, flavors, and uniqueness—in short, not your typical appetizers. I highly recommend it.

04/08/2025: An oasis of peace in the heart of Puglia. I've been to Masseria Salamina four times, and each time it's an experience that exceeds expectations. Immersed in greenery and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, the Masseria exudes a unique sense of serenity. The staff is attentive, courteous, and always available: they always make me feel at home. The cuisine is simply exceptional, with authentic dishes and organic products, perfectly in tune with Puglian tradition. The property is meticulously maintained, perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday in an authentic and refined setting. I can't wait to return, once again!

12/08/2025: Cena di coppia, poca scelta di carne ed a caro prezzo.,un misero tagliere con due pezzetti di numero di formaggi,3 fettine di salame e 4 fettine di porsciutto.Due friselline con lardo che si pagano pure a parte. Non ci torneremo.

07/07/2025: If you are looking for a culinary experience based on wild boar, you have come to the right place. The wild boars are in a semi-wild state and the mastery in the preparation of sausages and meats is textbook. They only serve what they produce so no coke. Everything is superlative.

09/08/2025: We had a wonderful time in this restaurant with its beautiful setting. The cuisine is typical of local traditions. The atmosphere is family-oriented and relaxed, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff is very kind, simple and welcoming, without fuss or pretension. A place where you feel good, with very good value for money. To recommend without hesitation!

Although we've had consistently good meals in Puglia so far, the food and service at "il Grappolo" were the best of the trip so far and completely won us over. Fresh fish, homemade pasta, and a varied menu with wonderful hosts. What more could you want?

08/08/2025: We've dined at this restaurant several times, always with satisfaction, but tonight we were the subject of a truly unpleasant experience. We arrived promptly at 8:30 PM, the time of our reservation, took our seats at our table of four (two adults and two children) and quickly chose our order. The area around us was almost empty at first, but in the following minutes several other groups arrived, and they were all served before us. The common thread: they were friends of the owner and/or "high-spending," as it's now fashionable to say. In one instance, we pointed out to the owner that we'd arrived before those he'd ordered from, but he denied it, claiming they had arrived first. The only table sharing our experience was, coincidentally, composed of only three people. After half an hour of waiting and futile reminders, we decided to get up and leave, explaining our reason to the waiter who had just appeared. The owner, after overhearing our conversation, told us as we were leaving, "This isn't a place for you." I won't add anything else.
