29/09/2025: I went there on Saturday evening with some friends. The place was very nice inside. It was honestly a discovery. The menu was very varied, prices were reasonable. I had a very good salad, unique in both its presentation and flavor. My friend had bruschetta/crostoni, which were as good as they were beautifully presented. I gave 3 stars for the service, not for the waiters, who were very kind, but for the service of the lady who was preparing drinks inside. When I approached me politely (because I understand on a Saturday, it's obviously a wait) to ask if they would come to take my order, she replied, "Go sit down, someone will come." Mr. Giancarlo, the owner, is very kind, and perhaps he should reconsider his training. In any case, I recommend this place; it's worth it.

26/09/2025: We've been here a week now and haven't seen the restaurant open yet. It looks very deserted now. We've saved it for a visit, but we won't be doing it 😬

A sincere thank you to all the staff for the splendid experience they created with our 25th anniversary dinner on September 7, 2025, with a table set for 25 people, all of whom were completely satisfied at the end of the evening. 30/09/2025: Honestly, this place simply hit a full homerun. I had the best burger there this year so far and the wine selection was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and luckily they also spoke solid English, so communication was easy (thank you for being forthcoming and apologies for our non-existing Italian...we tried and failed). I wish we could teleport this whole restaurant and staff back to our home so we could enjoy such a fine dinner more frequently.

24/09/2025: Excellent value, excellent service, and delicious food! I recommend the spaghetti alla Peppino and the cacio e pepe with tartare, both superb. Special mention goes to the waiter (who is also the owner) for his kind manner and for accommodating all the table's requests.

26/08/2025: The place is charming. I'm reviewing the restaurant as an exclusively vegetarian restaurant. The dishes are beautiful to look at and carefully presented, but not exceptional. The prices are higher than average, considering they don't serve meat or fish.

21/08/2025: Everything about this experience was amazing. This is the best and most beautiful Masseria in Puglia - it’s chic, modern, 5 star service & beautiful surrounds. I will never get over how gorgeous this place is. We loved our stay including the pool, lush grounds, beautiful breakfast buffet and vegetarian Puglian tasting menu we did for dinner. Please dine in their restaurant it’s amazing - loved this huge balcony we got. Ask for room 31. The insanely big balcony gave us beautiful sunset views of the pool and olive trees.

22/08/2025: We chose Sapurito for dinner based on the positive reviews, and I can't understand how it could have a rating higher than 4, given that it was truly a disaster. We ordered a pizza, two seafood sandwiches, and a tuna steak. Except for the pizza, which I'd call "edible," everything else was a total disappointment. The seafood sandwiches, priced at €14, were flavorless, the bread was dry, and we found a hair in one of the sandwiches. The tuna steak was actually a low-quality tataki, tasted like the kind from a bag, the tuna was flavorless, served with a very salty teriyaki sauce. Furthermore, the menu listed crunchy vegetables, but the celery and carrots arrived with part of their peel dirty. I truly can't understand how a restaurant can serve dishes like this! It's easier to think that four people went out on a late August evening with the sole purpose of writing a negative review of your restaurant than to have the humility and intelligence to admit that bad nights can happen in any restaurant. It's easier to offend a customer by saying that I prefer canned tuna or that I live in a parallel universe rather than eating what you serve to understand that perhaps there is always room for improvement in life and that dishes like this may be fine for tourists, but not for a local who knows tastes and ingredients perfectly. That said, you're right... I was the one who expected to find sandwiches as good as the ones I usually eat at Pescaria, or at Mangiameduse, or those made by chef Lucio Mele... actually, yes... those are from another universe!

21/09/2025: Well-executed traditional dishes with a touch of imagination and innovation, a wide and interesting wine list with many local options, friendly and attentive service, all in the beautiful historic center of Francavilla Fontana.

19/09/2025: The name of this place is simply too good to be true! The atmosphere is rustic, beautifully furnished, with charming and interesting corners, welcoming, with excellent service and sublime meat and seafood appetizers. I thoroughly enjoyed the purple gnocchi with beetroot and clams, but less so the orecchiette, which were too thick and doughy, accompanied by a glass of good red wine. The bathroom is unique, neat and clean.

06/10/2025: Incredible welcome, the server/cook/owner is incredibly friendly and generous. The house antipasto is generous and very varied. The pasta is incredibly tasty and in more than sufficient quantity... In short, we recommend and will definitely return to this incredible place.

05/10/2025: Both the pizza and the fried foods are remarkable. The beer selection is limited. The service needs rethinking, with unclear roles, overlapping staff, and unanswered requests. The impression is of a disjointed team. The space is too large, with no attempt at soundproofing, and the loud voices echo, making it tiring to stay. We'll try again when it's more established...

02/10/2025: I go back often and want to go back soon. The staff is polite, professional, and just the right amount of friendly. And finally, the desserts are top-notch.
