I've been to La Distilleria and I have to say it was a wonderful experience! The place is very welcoming and well-kept, perfect for both an evening with friends and a more relaxed dinner. The food is truly excellent: delicious pizza (I chose the ELEGANT PIZZA for my taste), quality ingredients, a mix of flavors that blend beautifully, and carefully presented dishes. The selection of beers and drinks is also extensive. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service was quick and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, making you want to return. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and have a pleasant evening. Kudos to all the staff! 👏🍕

Quality products served with great professionalism.

Truly superb pizzas, delicious, with a super light and digestible dough. The potato chips were a bit too oily, unlike the fried ones. The service was quick and attentive, with kind and friendly waiters. The setting is a large room with beautiful star-shaped vaults. I'd try to fill the room a little to make it more welcoming and less "empty," so it feels less like a canteen.

Excellent pizza. Neapolitan dough, but light and well-leavened. A crispy crust.

As a true Neapolitan, I can only give top marks for the deliciousness of the pizzas. The pittole and croquettes are excellent! I wasn't expecting it, I was really satisfied!

The Distillery is located on a main road that connects the province of Brindisi to that of Lecce. The atmosphere I would say is excellent. As soon as we arrived the waiters seated us without waiting, the service was standard.

A welcoming place with friendly, knowledgeable staff. A fairly extensive menu and excellent quality ingredients. An interesting selection of beers.
