23/02/2026: Definitely the best restaurant I stumbled upon during my three-week road trip through Puglia. The service was discreet and efficient, the advice on choosing a local wine was perfect, and the traditional cuisine was delicious. A flawless experience at Taverna dei Domicani.

18/02/2026: Every year I go to Ceglie for about 10 days. For me, Taverna di Domenicani is the best place to enjoy authentic, quality Apulian cuisine. The ingredients are of the highest quality and always fresh. The catch is the catch of the day. The owner is a wonderful person and truly professional. The service is precise, attentive, and meticulous. The location is central, beneath Piazza del Plebiscito, the heart of Ceglie. It's easily accessible on foot. The restaurant is elegant and suitable for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. For us, it's our regular meeting place in Ceglie.

03/02/2026: WOW…. The Best of the Best Traditional Cegliese almond cookies/ biscuits and other delights…Absolutely Delicious, fresh made throughout the day. We bought a few half kilo boxes and brought them back to the States! Try them, you won’t be disappointed, not at all CHEERS!!!!!

24/12/2025: Cucina povera at its finest. You may say at first that Silvestro puts a bit too much effort in welcoming the gustes, but that's his energy and positivenes. Together with his mom, Maria, cooked dishes offer a memorable experience. It is more than the food itself, it's about culture and a feeling of being part of a family's lunch or dinner. Yes, it's simple food, but great quality ingredients, and don't measure by the money you spend, cause then you are missing the point.

30/10/2025: This restaurant will forever remain in my heart. I booked Pentole e Provette to celebrate my 8th birthday with my girlfriend. We've always wanted to try a "higher-end" restaurant, but we never expected such an experience. And I'm not just talking about the food, which is obviously fantastic (spaghettone was the real highlight of the evening), but about the passion, care, and attention that Luca and Rossella consistently and never overbearingly exude, as they describe their dishes with meticulous attention, respect, and truly PLEASURE, or simply as they ask if everything is okay and bring you more bread, because no one should take the bread away from you. They call themselves the "ferrymen" to Michelin-starred restaurants, but as far as I'm concerned, I've never had an experience so convivial yet so full of care, logic, experience, and dedication. We had a chance to chat with Rossella after dinner, and I can only wish them both the best for the future; they deserve it all. ❣️ P.S. Thanks for the surprise 💗

Both the owner and the girls were friendly and helpful... they were very good at explaining what we were about to drink, which says a lot about the service. Our cocktails, superior quality and competitively priced, were accompanied by a few appetizers to buffer the alcohol 😅 Congratulations and keep up the good work. See you next vacation in Puglia.
