Excellent quality, I've been there twice. The pizzas are extraordinary, beautiful, colorful, and delicious. The charcuterie and cheese platter is very well-curated and delicious. I recommend the foal carpaccio, which has a very delicate flavor. The baked potatoes are unusual, so original. The desserts are also excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. I'll be back again, congratulations!

We dined at this pizzeria on a Friday with a reservation. Upon arrival, the table was ready despite the large crowd. The pizza was excellent, with a very light, contemporary dough. The toppings were made with quality ingredients and paired perfectly with the ingredients. Impeccable service; we'll definitely be back.

My favorite restaurant for top-quality food. The dishes are carefully selected. Domingo is the epitome of professionalism, as well as being incredibly friendly. I would recommend everyone to experience a gastronomic journey at this restaurant.

I discovered a place where the raw ingredients are undeniably excellent and beautifully served and presented, with excellent and attentive service! Top pizza, light and digestible dough, equally excellent and well-cooked meats like the fillet of colt and the spectacular Andriese cutlet, and finally the ricotta cannoli 😍

I visited Virgò in Andria and had a truly amazing experience. We started with a selection of carefully selected and flavorful appetizers. The platters deserve a special mention: top-quality cured meats, tender and fragrant, literally melting in the mouth. The pizzas were another pleasant discovery: light, well-leavened, and made with fresh ingredients. The sliced ​​meat didn't disappoint either: perfectly cooked, the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. A place that combines quality, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere. Virgò is definitely a place I'll return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

01/02/2026: Excellent pizza. High-quality ingredients make the final product superb. Coming from a Neapolitan, you can't help but believe it. Congratulations.
26/01/2026: While passing through Barletta, we stopped here for dinner. We had an excellent sirloin steak and a really good pizza. The homemade bread and breadsticks were also fabulous, not to mention the tiramisu! 😋. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they were especially attentive to allergies and intolerances. The only downside was that the chairs weren't particularly comfortable.

Giulia Ristorante & Bottega CUCINA LUCANA

05/04/2026: We wanted a special Easter dinner to finish our stay at the lovely Hotel Ponte Sisto. What a joy to discover this elegant and sophisticated restaurant on the Via Giulia, just minutes away! From start to finish, the magicians in the kitchen provided a wide-ranging and astonishing display of culinary virtuosity. But the kind and attentive service from Alessio was a truly integral part of the pleasure we experienced. We hope Michelin and Gambero Rosso will take note and add it to their list of recommended restaurants. We loved every dish: the prawn carpaccio with sautéed sweetbreads was an idea of pure genius! The fresh linguine with sea urchin (I adore sea urchin) was a symphony of flavour. The tataki of beef with truffle, king oyster mushrooms and puntarelle (another fave) was outstanding. We were unsure which wine to choose but Alessio suggested Bric Rosé from Piedmont: perfection! Oh yes! We can’t forget desserts: millefeuille and profiteroles. Yum, yum! An inventive chef makes his home in that kitchen, for sure. Another touch: we said we were sharing, so the main courses were actually plated in twos. Really, everything was splendid, a true crown to our six days in this part of Rome. Our best meal so far. And the price versus quality is amazing; we cannot eat like this in Vancouver, Canada! 😂. We are moving to one other hotel for the next five days and expect to measure all our subsequent meals by the “Giulian Standard”! ❤️❤️❤️. Grazie Mille!
25/03/2026: We went last night for a birthday dinner. The location was beautiful and unique, the menu was varied and interesting, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. The wine list was good, and the cocktails were delicious. Vittorio provided excellent service. Highly recommended!
