A love affair blossomed by chance while searching for a venue that could celebrate our wedding on the beach. Seeing the photos, we were immediately convinced and scheduled a meeting in the venue. That day, a story of friendship, empathy, respect, and patience began... Claudia, the owner, to say explosive is an understatement! A raging river that overwhelms you with her original ideas, years ahead of the proposals of the most renowned reception venues in Puglia. Projects created not from a catalog but with a profound understanding of the couple. Everything was tailored to us, just like our dresses, and the effect was spectacular. Every corner of the venue was the perfect backdrop for a dream postcard! All our photos are rich in detail, and the spectacular sea backdrop made everything a beautiful fairytale. Ilaria, you're a born moderator. You took a torrent of confusing and disconnected ideas and made them possible! With sweetness and so much patience, you tolerated everyone and got the best from everyone, making it incredible! With a smile and advice always ready to calm the most stubborn anxieties! DIRECTOR. Always, always, always present! Under the 12 o'clock sun, scorching hot enough to test even a fireproof suit, he was there! Ready to intervene and resolve any problem or unforeseen event! (I apologize for the key incident 🤣) The Chef and all the staff gave us dream dishes! Fresh, delicious, and abundant. Professional and patient service that accommodated all the guests' requests, both absurd and not so 🤣. Guys, thank you for everything! There aren't enough words to truly thank you for everything you did! P.S. We thank Claudia again for the sacrifice she made to be there for our wedding! As a passionate person like you, I understand! And I repeat, I would never have given it up! 🤣 But you are you! And you were truly kind. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you will always be in our hearts❤️

What can I say...I immediately fell in love with the place, its beauty, its cleanliness, and with the owner, Claudia, who is vibrant and very busy...she immediately put us at ease, both with her quote (and with the most sincere advice) and with her availability. She has an exceptional team. They are all truly "to be loved." THANK YOU GUYS, GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYTHING. WELL DONE ❤️

11/05/2026: I ate at this restaurant by chance, because the one recommended by a dear friend's future wife was closed. I recommended it to my friends because of the wonderful smell (we had parked in the back of the restaurant where the kitchen is), exceptional aromas... and I must honestly say it didn't disappoint! We ate very well, but the real highlight was the owner, who was truly WELCOMING and very friendly, having come from Rome to celebrate our friend's birthday. Highly recommended in every way.

02/05/2026: I often forget I don't have to go back! Rushing out with a half-burned takeout pizza seems disrespectful to say the least. Money that's not deserved at all.

26/04/2026: Super staff, some people speak English, very helpful 😁 We ate arancini, the small potato-asparagus cakes (?), and large round pastries stuffed with very tasty tuna-tomato-onion filling. Everything is very fresh, and very tasty.

22/11/2025: I had dinner with my boyfriend. The service was incredibly slow; we waited at least half an hour between courses. The waiters don't speak Italian, and it was incredibly difficult to communicate because no one understood the language. We definitely won't be returning!

I really appreciated the wide selection on their new menu 📋, which always allows you to try something different and delicious 😋. The quality of the ingredients is truly evident: the dough is light and easily digestible 👍🏻 and the pizza is very thin, while the ingredients used are fresh and flavorful 🥬🧀. The sandwiches and pucce are also well-made, plentiful, and tasty 🥪🔥. If you're short on time, a slice from the counter is a quick but always satisfying option ⏱️🍕. Another plus is definitely the service: the staff is friendly 😊, helpful, and attentive to the customer 👏🏻, and even for takeout or home delivery 🛣️🚗💨 the delivery times are generally quick and respected⏳⌚. Finally, the prices are more than fair 💶 for the quality offered, which makes this pizzeria an excellent choice both for a quiet evening 🌙 and for a quick treat. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

14/09/2025: We dined at Corti Bianche during our stay in Trani, and since it was a Saturday evening, we preferred to make a reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, which immediately conveyed a pleasant sense of elegance and serenity. The hosts proved to be truly delightful. What I appreciated most was their honesty: the menu features a scrocchiarella, a generous portion that easily fills two people. Although we intended to order a first course as well, the owner very candidly advised us to wait and decide later. A gesture that, especially in a tourist destination, is by no means a given. At the table, I commented, "Too honest for a holiday destination, where the opposite often happens." And in that moment, I felt truly protected, as a guest and not simply as a customer. We followed their advice, and they were right: one scrocchiarella was more than enough. We also noticed the same genuine and caring attitude towards the other tables: a rare attention, demonstrating how truly family-run this place is and how the owners have chosen to put customer satisfaction first. My sincerest compliments go to them: authentic hosts who, despite the times and the touristy environment, have chosen to play their cards on the table with transparency and heart. Corte Bianchi is more than just a restaurant: it's an oasis of authenticity, where honesty becomes an integral part of the menu and where, beyond good food, you can savor the human value of those who welcome you. A place that stays in your heart, and that deserves to be remembered and recommended. ❤️

11/05/2026: On our final day in beautiful Trani we had lunch at this authentic restaurant.Try to avoid the tauts on the harbour front and head for one of the smaller independent restaurants. The menu although limited was excellent, the quality of the food was superb and all at reasonable prices. Highly Recommend

09/05/2026: This rustic restaurant offers a delightful selection of local cuisine. When we visited Trani in mid-May, we found a table for four at this restaurant, located in a side street right by the harbor. The ambiance was charming and rustic. The concise menu featured exclusively local seafood dishes. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We ordered several appetizers (salad, octopus in braised tomato sauce, and gratinated mussels) and several main courses (tuna steak and spaghetti with mussels). We were very satisfied with all of our meals. We were able to enjoy our lunch in the lovely harbor setting.
