09/07/2024: Rovinare il giorno del matrimonio di mia figlia non immaginate cosa significhi, disorganizzazione totale, bevande calde, cibo insufficiente, la sala era un forno crematorio con impianti di climatizzazione obsoleti e insufficienti. consiglio a chiunque di stare lontano da questo posto. Alla titolare di cambiare mestiere, siete lontanissimi dagli standard di sala ricevimenti.

21/08/2024: The inn is located on an entrance along the hill road, and is a splendid villa with indoor and outdoor seating. The dishes are well prepared and plentiful. You have to be prepared if you want to have a complete dinner, the appetizer with focaccia is important, but essential. Brief chats are very welcome.

07/09/2023: We went for lunch exactly yesterday and I'll tell you the place is very nice, very clean and not only finally a place where the sushi stands out one taste from another all fresh and freshly prepared but above all for the first time in my opinion a fair price we paid 16.90 each without even paying the compartment, we were truly amazed. I will definitely return, highly recommended.

I was told that if I hadn't purchased the tickets he couldn't give me info. ...excuse me, very kind owner, but they didn't provide me with a teleporter to come from via Foggia to via Manfredi to purchase tickets. 05/07/2024: Conosco questo ristorante dalla sua inaugurazione e ho seguito la sua evoluzione. Evoluzione molto positiva; ad oggi rappresenta un punto di eccellenza della ristorazione minervinese. Io sono esigente quando vado in un ristorante e valuto tutto, non solo il cibo o solo la quantità dello stesso, come purtroppo leggo frequentemente... Il posto è bello, luminoso e soprattutto pulito. I tavoli sono ben apparecchiati con molta attenzione ai particolari. L'impiattamento del cibo è perfetto ed eccellente la qualità e la cottura. c'è un'ottima varietà di vini che non è facile trovare... Non parliamo poi dell'ospitalità di Michela e Rocco e della gentile professionalità di Rossella che con il sorriso sempre pronto, vi guida nella scelta dei giusti piatti. Cosa volete di più?

23/04/2024: Buona la qualità, abbiamo optato per il menù da 35 euro (non economico, considerando che le bevande erano a parte) e nel complesso abbiamo mangiato decentemente. C'è un però...più di un piatto era insufficiente in quantità, su tutti l'antipasto di cicorie e fave (letteralmente meno di una forchettata di cicorie a testa, ci siamo scervellati per dividerlo in 4) e il primo con la pasta che sembrava misurata con la bilancia di precisione ad occhio un 60g (parliamo di pasta non ripiena/fresca). Anche la tagliata era poca, un solo pezzetto a testa. La Puglia è anche abbondanza a tavola, non ero in cerca di abbuffate, ma mi sono sentito a tratti in uno di quei ristoranti radical chic metropolitani e non a Minervino Murge. Spero si sia trattato di qualche svista e non di qualche logica di immagine o di guadagno. Nel complesso non disprezzo, bene ma non benissimo.

02/09/2024: Small, narrow place...there are many more tables than space allows.. To go to the bathroom you have to get up the people at the next table because the chairs were attached... Not much food... there is only a fixed menu! In short, I don't recommend it at all
