09/09/2025: Sunday lunch, I asked to see the menu twice, but with a confused expression, he told me they had it available without being able to tell me the price. Finally, I ordered 1 industrial-strength orecchiette with tomato sauce and 2 industrial-strength orecchiette with tomato sauce and ricotta. Portions of max 60/70 grams are ridiculous! A small side dish of friggitelli peppers, 1 water, 1 0.33 oz peroni, and 1 glass of white wine (I asked for wine without even mentioning the type or label) taken from the fridge while it was open. To finish, a Bindi semifreddo. Total €55. Madness!! Stay away!!

08/09/2025: Today, Monday, at lunchtime, the minimal servings and insufficient selection of starters and main courses are a disgrace. And if you don't have desserts (only pre-packaged parfaits) or coffee available for the customers who arrive... it's best to keep the place closed!

28/09/2025: Worst pizza ever in Andria! I had a horrible experience. First of all, it took them almost 2 hours to deliver. But the worst part is that they screwed up everything and took the liberty of modifying it as they pleased without asking me first. I ordered two pizzas and they exchanged mine for a Maxi without asking... They brought me the wrong dessert pizza. Their Capricciosa was disgusting, filled with sausage. Never again!

22/08/2025: The rebateuse does her job well, although she is not very neat. (Leggings/T-shirt/Sneakers). Nothing to do with the photos, plastic chairs. You will be asked where you are from and depending on your country, you do not have the same menu or the same prices. And if you ask for explanations you will be yelled at and looked down upon.

15/08/2025: Excellent grill restaurant in Trinitapoli! We had a truly generous and tasty grill for only €15, excellent quality and value. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is charming. The on-site parking is also very convenient. The service was friendly and fast. We'll definitely be back!

14/09/2025: We dined at Corti Bianche during our stay in Trani, and since it was a Saturday evening, we preferred to make a reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, which immediately conveyed a pleasant sense of elegance and serenity. The hosts proved to be truly delightful. What I appreciated most was their honesty: the menu features a scrocchiarella, a generous portion that easily fills two people. Although we intended to order a first course as well, the owner very candidly advised us to wait and decide later. A gesture that, especially in a tourist destination, is by no means a given. At the table, I commented, "Too honest for a holiday destination, where the opposite often happens." And in that moment, I felt truly protected, as a guest and not simply as a customer. We followed their advice, and they were right: one scrocchiarella was more than enough. We also noticed the same genuine and caring attitude towards the other tables: a rare attention, demonstrating how truly family-run this place is and how the owners have chosen to put customer satisfaction first. My sincerest compliments go to them: authentic hosts who, despite the times and the touristy environment, have chosen to play their cards on the table with transparency and heart. Corte Bianchi is more than just a restaurant: it's an oasis of authenticity, where honesty becomes an integral part of the menu and where, beyond good food, you can savor the human value of those who welcome you. A place that stays in your heart, and that deserves to be remembered and recommended. ❤️

27/07/2025: The place is nice. But unfortunately, the staff isn't very friendly, which I regret. You can't wait more than an hour for a pizza and say it's normal; it's unprofessional. You shouldn't rudely respond to a customer in dialect just because they wanted a drink with their pizza. The menu isn't 100% consistent with what's on the menu. You can sense the staff being nervous toward customers, which creates discomfort.

29/06/2025: I took a plastic bottle of water to go, a liter for €3.50 There was a sign outside with the promotion: “Pizza + drink + cover charge €6.00” Ok I didn’t do the promotion but I didn’t think I deserved the “PUNISHMENT” either. When you start treating tourists like people and not like chickens to be plucked, maybe things will start to work in your restaurant.
