10/12/2025: The restaurant owner charges a cover charge even though it's not listed on the menu. The law states: "The 'cover charge' on Italian menus is a fixed service charge that covers the use of crockery, cutlery, napkins, bread, and table setting. It is legal only if clearly indicated on the menu or in a displayed price list. Customers must be informed before ordering and can dispute it if it's not explicitly stated."

30/08/2025: Looking for a cheerful café? This is the place for you! Very friendly, a wide selection of gelato flavors, croissants, and pastries, but above all (and this is priceless) people who enjoy working there and always have a smile on their face! This is truly rare these days, and I was pleasantly surprised to find this, having lived in France for 15 years! Sunny spirits are a characteristic of southern Italy, but sadly, they're disappearing! In short, if you're in Trani, don't miss this fantastic café!

30/12/2025: Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was anything but pleasant. There was a serious lack of hot water: taking a shower was practically impossible.

03/11/2025: Terrible experience. We were bombarded with advertisements about the aperitif menu for November 2nd. We spent €30 for this aperitif. Invisible portions of each item, extremely poor quality, and an hour-long wait. Food cost €1 for a price of €15. Disappointing.

21/09/2025: The best friselleria in Piglia. We stopped by for dinner by chance to get a light snack, and it was a fantastic experience. Friselle with various flavors, like salmon, tomato, and mozzarella, turkey, and many other delicacies we'd never tried before. Incredibly excellent.

06/01/2026: We went in January 2026. The new management is incredibly dynamic, attentive to every detail, and very friendly. They have a good selection of classic pub beers. The food is typical of a classic pub, but carefully prepared with great attention to detail. There's excellent (very large) space for large groups. The burgers are excellent, and it's clear they're all handmade; even the bread is handmade. __________ We were there in January 2026. The new management is incredibly dynamic, attentive to every detail, and very friendly. They have a good selection of classic pub beers. The food is typical of a classic pub, but prepared with great attention to detail. There's plenty of space (very large) for large groups and long tables. The burgers are excellent, and you can immediately tell they're all handmade; even the bread is artisanal.

22/03/2026: Don't open that door!!!!!! Experience beyond terrible Poor food, the pizza looks like a decorated Frisbee Mussels with pepper without pepper or sauce

15/03/2026: I think I just gave a star! Experiences like this don't happen often... thankfully!!! We made reservations for three people yesterday. Today we showed up at the appointed time and... surprise!! The place was packed! Some diners who saw us waiting asked, "Did you make reservations? We didn't..." I don't think much else needs to be said. Let's move on to the service: once we were seated at the table... not even water! Despite the wait (20 minutes standing!), not even water! We insisted on a menu (otherwise, who knows when we would have seen it!!) and within a minute we called the waiter again (maybe the owner... who knows!), who barely even glanced at us. Finally, he came to the table to take our orders, and by the time we finished saying "Thank you...", with the menu in our hands, ready to give it back to him, he had already disappeared without a word. I don't want to add anything else....... even if one ate the nectar of the Gods, I think I would never set foot in a place like that again, even if they were paying me!!

01/03/2026: I found this bistro by chance, and it pleasantly surprised me. The location is intimate, warm, and welcoming. The perfect place to retreat to on a cold winter evening, but also the perfect place to take a woman for a glass of wine. The interior is decorated with wood, verses of poetry, and movie posters. A place like this is easy to find in the alleys of Genoa, but it's rare here. The tables invite you to let go of the stress accumulated during the day, giving way to intimate conversations. The manager, moreover, seems like an old friend, inviting you into his living room and recommending the perfect wine for the evening's mood. Will I return? DEFINITELY!

We'd definitely choose it again; we had a wonderful time, and so did our guests. These are just some of the photos of what we ate, but there's so much more... My compliments go to the kitchen, especially—having been in the industry, I know what goes into it—to the waiters for their incredible patience during these days, and we take Valentina, the wonderful person she is, for granted.
