28/07/2024: Polite staff but incorrect menu. I order a milk cream and I receive a hot esperessino. I invite the owner to correct the menu and consequently also the photos.

24/06/2024: Ordered salad. All we had left was a teaspoon of stale, smelly vinegar. The explanation is that there is no one else available. Staff offered me a bottle of cleaning vinegar (alcohol). No apology, no financial discount. Persons very snarky and cheeky. They are a bar, not a restaurant. Then stick to the bar items!!!!! Absolutely not recommended for enjoying a small dinner.

24/06/2024: Premise: We booked at the Duomo for a surprise party, specifying that in the group there would be a celiac person, a pregnant person, a lactose intolerant person and a person who doesn't eat anything seafood (specifically, me). We were told that the fixed menu included several courses of appetizers, 2 first courses, a second course (plus drinks, coffee, bitters) We are married, for their convenience, in this restaurant, always remembering the various specifications mentioned above. I won't go into detail, because there were so many shortcomings, I'll just list a few: - The waiters, after having underlined the various and possible intolerances several times, brought dishes in abundance without ascertaining the problems. - I literally saw the other diners eating, while I was served much later than everyone else and also received miserable dishes (in substance and number) for what I spent. - Not to mention the second one, which I had while the other guests were eating FRUIT. This is because, according to them, they had forgotten about the order (if there had been a full house I could have understood it, but there weren't many seats) In short, an experience that I have no intention of repeating... It's a shame, I had always heard good things about this restaurant, but apparently I have to change my mind

15/08/2024: Pranzo di ferragosto al bistrot! Sinceramente no non prenotato da me ma da un parente a piacevolmente superato le aspettative. Menu completo di antipasti 5 portate primo , secondo al dolce , caffè amari (offerti) davvero tutto buono con varietà e incroci di sapori davvero molto apprezzati da tutta la tavolata. Buon servizio e cortesia. Esperienza così come questa da ripetere. Consigliato!

08/08/2024: Eravamo già stati qualche anno fa in questo ristorante e ci aveva fatto una buona impressione, per cui siamo tornati. Purtroppo è stata un’esperienza davvero terribile. Servizio di pessimo livello, poco attento, quasi assente. Antipasti dignitosi, portate principali immangiabili. Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglio.

29/04/2024: I advise the owner to check the condition of the dishes that are sent back to her before going to the tables with arms folded by the customers in a superficial way to contradict what has been said, especially when you are completely wrong (rare entrecôte that you couldn't even cut with the knife, with the white pleura still attached and the meat still far behind in cooking) instead of the sort of "waiter", I recommend lowering your voice in the kitchen to criticize the customers, since next time he might be invited to speak personally outside the facility. we will surely know where not to eat next time in Canosa (I highly recommend a refresher on catering and common sense.)

We arrive for lunch and....... 1) No tasting menu; 2) Obligation to order a baby menu for each child (this requirement is justified by their "company policy"!!!); 3) €25 for a very banal fried dish with only prawns and 2 cuttlefish. Result: we ordered the bare essentials to have lunch and leave. And this, despite the fact that we would have liked/could have spent more to adequately celebrate a family occasion. In short, they really don't know what to do in the south. Never again

18/08/2024: Oh well, leaving aside the fact that the food is frozen or vacuum-packed with high prices as if we were in a reception hall, then among other things it's better if we don't talk about the risotto that they recommended to us which was hard and the oil that was in the dish between the other a fried fish with even 100 grams of it 25 euros then it's better if we don't talk about it about the staff who are damn rude and the owner who is almost never there and absolutely never have dinner there again!!!

13/08/2024: Terrible experience! place to avoid! Rude and unfriendly staff with little propensity for customer satisfaction! Focaccias heated and burned!! 06/07/2024: Pizza senza infamia ne' lode. Tempi di attesa biblici. Arrivati alle 21,30, un quarto d'ora dopo abbiamo ordinato. Antipasti arrivati poco dopo, per le pizze abbiamo dovuto attendere sino alle 23,30. Mai più.
