25/05/2025: The only positive note was the pizza, which was quite decent. We sat down as soon as we arrived but we waited a good two hours for a pizza, remaining at the last table. Very slow and disorganized service. Also, a bad idea to open the summer location in May when it is still cold in the evenings. Prices are a bit high and the quality of the food is quite good. I wouldn't go back for a number of reasons.

11/08/2025: Just had breakfast, and the worst thing about the place was the rudeness of one of the girls at the counter, especially! You can't tell a customer, "I'm in a hurry, I'm working," and then bang coffee saucers on the counter! If you don't know how to handle people, stay home! First of all, the bar wasn't crowded! Not to mention the loud music at 9:30 in the morning!

14/07/2025: Pizzeria in Bisceglia. Given the name, I would expect Neapolitan style pizza, but the reality is different. The pizzas are tasty, a nice selection, but we expected a different dough. The staff is friendly, the service is good. The ingredients on the pizza are good.

15/08/2025: Freedom Beach. Everything is very affordable and easy going. Beach volleyball courts are open to everyone, and the beach is open 24/7.

20/07/2025: We waited 2 hours for a pizza. It's terrible and the worst place I've ever been. Then I got a stomachache and started vomiting at home.

10/08/2025: We had the pleasure of lunch at this grill restaurant located in Trani, just steps from the sea. Here you can enjoy top-quality meat and pasta dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly and available to accommodate your every request. The wine pairs excellently with the Golden Age Angus, a must-have if you decide to dine here. The atmosphere is very refined. Pets are welcome and can stay with you at the table. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: Absolute disgrace – avoid this venue like the plague This establishment dares to call itself "luxury" and a venue for receptions, but it has none of that: zero organization, embarrassing staff, and a nightmare of management. Upon arrival, no one was there to welcome or direct us: total chaos. The restaurant manager, who should be setting an example, was already drunk after the first courses: he knocked over glasses and even nearly knocked over an 80-year-old woman. This behavior was unworthy, extremely serious, and unacceptable. It should be noted that before my mother's purse disappeared, we had already paid for the entire party, and we reported the embarrassing and unprofessional behavior of the restaurant manager to the facility manager, who, with that level of alcohol, couldn't have managed anything, much less a reception. The most scandalous point: my mother's purse is MISSING. After hours of searching, it was found thrown in a room accessible only to staff. It wasn't there initially (we checked personally), so it was later moved by a member of staff. This isn't just a simple disservice: it's a very serious matter bordering on theft. And to make matters worse, the hotel manager not only didn't apologize, but also insinuated that our family might have been to blame. A shameful, offensive, and petty attitude. This isn't a "luxury location": there's only incompetence, rudeness, and a total lack of respect for guests. A terrible, scandalous, and forgettable experience. I strongly advise against it.

13/09/2025: We were at this magnificent location three days ago, on September 10, 2025, to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday. Three days later, I'm still receiving phone calls from family and friends with compliments. Gabriele, the restaurant manager, is an exceptional, helpful, and patient person. I thank him so much for putting up with my fears and making sure they didn't come true. Everything fully met my expectations: spectacular location, extremely helpful restaurant staff, especially Pasquale and Gianluca, two truly exceptional guys. My daughter, who has various intolerances, as well as other guests, ate wonderfully; the attention to detail was obsessive. We can't wait to celebrate our next event here. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for everything ❤️

29/08/2025: Takeout pizzeria. The pizzas are generally good. We ordered them a couple of nights because we were nearby. The crust is thin and crispy (I prefer them softer), the ingredients are decent and generously portioned. Prices are good. The atmosphere doesn't convey a great sense of cleanliness (they may be spotless, but that's just how it looks). Some pizzas were overcooked, with burnt edges and bases.

12/04/2025: Locale accogliente, servizio OTTIMO !! cibo terribile a livello qualitativo e porzioni mini mini (fortunatamente visto la qualità ). Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente !! p.s. per essere un all you can eat è anche caro in rapporto alla qualità del cibo !!

08/07/2025: Wonderful experience this afternoon. This afternoon my wife and I sat at the tables under the beautiful and evocative portico in the historic location. The food and coffee are delicious, I say this because I've tried them on other occasions... but not today. We weren't served anything. We sat there outside for 10 minutes or more. No less. There were other tables that, one by one, got up and went to pay at the inside register. We were alone. I counted three "workers": a man and two women. And, perhaps, one inside table. There was the air conditioning worker (to let the owner, a kind and polite acquaintance of ours, know that the review is true and the incident occurred). Nothing... I grabbed my wife and took her elsewhere for afternoon coffee and gelato. Thanks, see you next time.
