Siamo stati in questa pizzeria un sabato sera d’inverno nei pressi delle feste natalizie. Siamo stati subito accolti dai camerieri molto gentili e cordiali. Il menù è completo con pochi antipasti e molte pizze. Abbiamo ordinato alcune pizze e la qualità è davvero alta. Abbiamo gradito tutto l’unica nota è la capienza della sala che non è grandissima e quindi i camerieri aspettano con ansia che finisca un tavolo per rimpiazzarlo.

Eccellente pizza per impasto ed ingredienti.. davvero sopra la media! Uno dei punti di riferimento per la pizza a Trani (e non solo). Da provare i dolci artigianali quando disponibili!

13/02/2024: Walking around the city of Trani I came across this small bakery. The scent of bread, focaccia and other delicacies speaks for itself of the flavors and choice of ingredients. Mr Marco, behind the counter, described to me the products they make, including bread toasted and sautéed in a pan with turnip greens and other simple ingredients, to give that unique taste and aroma of the ancient family recipe and, in general, of the women of Trani. Thank you Mr Marco for your friendliness and for conveying the passion you have for your work. In addition to retail sales, it carries out shipments guaranteeing the fragrance of the focaccia onta from Trani, the one from Bari and their bread with vacuum packing.
