A special mention for the spaghetti with sea urchin pulp: I've only ever had them this good in Mondello. The wine list is good. The desserts are original and tasty. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

For lovers of thin pizza, it's a must-try. It reminded me of the pizza I ate as a kid. They're good 👏 and the appetizers aren't bad either. Although there's not a wide selection, the ones they do have are good! As for the service, we were greeted by a very kind and friendly lady who seated us immediately and recommended appetizers. 03/05/2026: I'll start by saying I wasn't familiar with the Osteria; a dear friend recommended it to me, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The place is very cute and overlooks the seafront promenade. We had lunch outside, given the beautiful day. Since we were there on Sunday, the 3rd of 2026, for the conclusion of the kite festival, we ate wonderfully. We had a full seafood lunch, from appetizers to first courses (fresh pasta), vintage Prosecco rosé, etc. I don't want to seem biased, but everything, from the staff to the food, was exceptional. We will definitely be back. I don't understand the negative reviews. We found it exceptional, and my husband and I travel a lot. I repeat, the place is worth it. We will be back to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommended!!!

I have only praise for the attentive, fresh, simple, and well-made cuisine... a real shame, however, is that we started lunch after 2:15 PM, after arriving at 1:05 PM... first we were told that service starts at 1:30 PM and that's fine... then when 2 PM arrived without even water and bread arriving, we were told that since it's a fixed menu, we all have to start together... what the hell!!!!... this doesn't make sense!!!!!... it's not like a communion where everyone has lunch together... if I arrive for lunch with my family, I want to have lunch with my family and not wait for the room to fill up and also wait for the guy who doesn't give a damn about everyone and arrives calmly after 2 PM... it doesn't exist!!! This thing should be handled much better! Even if it's okay that service starts at 1:30 PM and if you really have to have this communion lunch policy... arrive at 1:45 PM and we'll start!!!! It's a real shame because this made me so nervous that I even considered leaving... and it would have been a real shame because the food and the staff's promptness didn't deserve it at all!!!! One last thing: more attention to the children... they were served last, at least at the beginning (then they lined up perfectly). Why would you want to serve 10 plates of ham?! (The children's appetizer was missing some dairy products; I had to give them the one from our menu for 20 euros, it seems a bit excessive.) 06/06/2026: This is the second time I've had dinner here while passing through Bisceglie for work. The pizza is spectacular, and the service is amazing. It has a very genuine atmosphere, and the attention to detail is excellent. If you're a lost traveler, don't worry: they take great care of you, and it's right on the corner by the station, so you can't miss it. We visited outside of tourist season and missed the buzz of a full restaurant but that only meant we were able to receive more of the chefs time. As a pizza maker in Canada, I had many questions and this extra time was a very gracious gift. We had the best Panzerotti I've ever had and 2 pizzas. One with the dough recipe of the Father (Barese Style) and one of the daughter (Roman Tonda style) we loved both and wish we had reason to stay and eat again. It was better than the pizza we had at the AVPN school in Naples, the place the registers Neapolitan Pizza Chefs. They also have a B&B if you wish to stay in the Valley.
