a spectacular "assassina"
served in a fiery pan...in the end, even the bill was satisfactory...
16/11/2025: I found the staff rude and very impolite, especially the man serving the dishes and the woman at the cash register.
Endless waits for the pizzas... Plus, the assassina was mediocre.
Awful experience, I wouldn't go back.

19/11/2025: The real pizzeria! The only place in Bari where you can eat delicious pizza, in a quiet location, and at the right price. Giuseppe and his mother are delightful people, as are all the staff. Well done!
15/11/2025: I've ordered from this pizzeria twice, but I'll never do it again. Both times, the order was over an hour late. And that was just for one pizza. Atrocious service, considering the phone call showed signs of serious difficulty, disorganization, and disregard. It's 11:25 PM, I ordered the pizza at 10 PM, and it arrived in this condition.

11/10/2025: It's been under new management for some time now, with a renovated and very welcoming atmosphere. Varied appetizers and refined pizzas make this place a frequent destination. Francesco and his wife are always kind and welcoming. Always smiling. That's another reason why I give it a 5!

The negative reviews all refer to the old management!

18/10/2025: Located in the historic center but easily accessible by car. Very welcoming. Exquisite, refined, and very special appetizers. The panzerotto is truly top-notch!!! Spaghetti all'assassina according to the best tradition. Very delicate second courses. Well done!!!!
30/05/2025: Definitely worth a try. The chef's technical skills are undeniable. You'll eat incredibly soft meatballs, tender shrimp, and octopus.
Although the picacha arrived a little too late in the cooking process.
Sometimes they're a little too daring in some dishes, so be careful to approach it with a spirit of discovery.
In summary, I'd love to go back!

24/07/2025: Visit these restaurant, during casual walk round the city. The staff was like jing/jang. There was a guy, very friendly, helpfull, speaking also very good english, but there was also a staff but like fed-up face, but OK. The pasta with zuccini and prawns was very tasty and fresh - really good. We had also I think gnochi with tommatoes and meat that was mediocre. They are also making past in-house by hand, but that is more to make a ˝show˝. Overall fair product for fair price, considering it is high turistic place.
